So now instead of sorting by date or genre to find what I want, I have to SCROLL through photos of movies in some haphazard order. This is not consumer-friendly. Oh and when I wanted to contact them about it... no freaking email address or option to contact (unless related to deliveries. This is BS, the service just keeps getting crappier and crappier.

Hey Netflix, you do know that other companies are starting to stream too. . . hello Amazon etc. Netflix will just lose more customers to newer providers. Netflix, go back to the old format and go back to emailed complaints. 1298093

it is a PAIN IN THE NECK to sort through movies its one sub genere after the other. Action - dark action - supernatural action - drama action - comedy action - GIVE ME A FREAKIN BREAK! Bring back the old site the way it used to be for Gods sake you retards!!

Can we create a forum in facebook or Google+ to really voice a unified opinion. Of late Netflix is really taking the consumers for a ride. The corporate nuts care only about top line and bottom line. We could put real pressure only by mass exit if they do not bring back features Users like. Finding no other way. There is a Netflix Users Protest group where there are only 3 members. I am really surprised about it.

The company has been taken over by halfwits. That code up there works which means that all they did was remove the links.

I just realized this. Terrible idea on their part. This speaks to a market giant no longer interested in keeping features that really matter to the consumer. I tried to dial the Netflix hotline and got a message: please try again later. I'll be looking at other options as well. Very disappointed here.

I've been a Netflix customer a bunch of years, and now they do this. I called them the other night too. They said they have had a few complaints. Everyone should call them too. 1-866-716-0414. Ring their phones off the hooks with this complaint. It only takes a couple of minutes or so. The way it is now is really ***, in no uncertain terms, and it sucks.
