I had netflix for years. When they jacked up their rates, I went to steaming. That seemed Ok, at first. But this month, their new release list featured "the African Queen," and some Asian movies I had never heard of. There is no difference between their "foreign film" list and their "thriller" list as they are all in Hindi or Korean. I don't mind foreign movies, but I would like to see an American film that isn't prehistoric. As they are giving no partial refunds and cancel streaming immediately, I will wait until my billing cycle ends, and then I am saying good bye to netflix. I hope they get smart before they find themselves in the dusty museum as their ancient movie offerings. 12980e2

I would like to know why they have things on stream then out of the blue its DVD only??? And with absolutely NO warning of it happening. Have had this happen with at least 18 titles i watch them put them in my queue, then after a month or so i want to watch it again and POOF its gone DVD only. . . is this company run by absolute social rejects or what?

You must be very hard to please. i always find a movie on streaming I like. To get the best of Netflix you need the DVD plan as well because all the new releases or on DVD. I use that feature to try a movie and see if it is something I want to purchase. Every title I put in has always been available on Netflix. It may not be available for streaming but it is available on DVD. So if you say netflix sucks why not cancel and go somewhere else. No one says you have to keep Netflix.

Instant streaming SUCKS with Netflix ? I agree with most of you, Netflix sucks (especially it's streaming content)it isnt even the older titles (I enjoy older movies at times) its the B and C movies that nobody has ever heard of that I can't stand and the search isnt much better its either unavalible to instant watch and (that includes even older movies) or comes up with nothing I'm thinking of trying out Blockbuster its better than paying for Netflix and not using it

I have one video I like to watch over and over for my parrot on streaming. Now they have taken it off....it's bad enough the streaming already sucked to begin with. I was told there working with the licensing on that particular video, it had expired....I think streaming needs to expire or be updated with current movies. I can watch what they offer on most cable channels.

I have been a Netflix customer for a very long time and am very disappointed with this.
