Complaint / wrongly billed. Please refund the past 4 payments

My Apple ID : plowe79@***.com Dear sir/madam, My Netflix account was expired in October 5, 2022 and I did not renew it but I just discovered that I was continuously charged Nov, Dec, Jan & Feb. Please refund the 4 payments of $18.63 x 4 = $74.52 to me at your earliest convenience as I am very upset of those charges without my authorizations. Awaiting your prompt reply. Double billed Jan 2023

Pissed customer my debit card was compromised at Christmas. I reestablished my account and was double billed.

Overcharging money every month

Charging 2 times every month. No good service. Nobody contacted me yet. very month of 16 and 25 dates charge on my master card.

Fraud.

I called the customer service number on the Internet and they proceeded to fraudulently get me to take other apps on my phone and they got into my bank account when I called back, the agent said that I was not talking to Netflix. It was your websites that directed me to their telephone number. If they are fraudulent, why dont you get them off the web before some other innocent person gets taken advantage of

I was being double billed

I realized I had been double billed since September 2022. I spoke with your rep, Anna, who determined there had been 2 accounts inadvertently set up, one with my correct email and one with nearly the same email (it was one letter off) Not sure how that happened. Anna was extremely professional , kind and calm and worked hard to resolve this issue to our satisfaction

Scam told me they were putting money in my bank account but instead was trying to take it out

Yesterday l received an email from Netflix saying I owed them money over $600 l contacted the number was tipped off by Western union they were trying to take it out not put it in

Netflix - Overcharged master card
Charging two times in a month. For the last 5 months. Call me . This is very bad charging me 2 times. I never expected this from Netflix.

I keep getting hacked. I do not share accounts. It has to be an unsecured, third part share by netflix!

Fraud

It happened and Netflix did nothing about it saying it wasnt them. However it was the customer service number for Netflix that I used to rectify the notice coming on my tv that they were going to lock my account for nonpayment. Payment had been made. Shame on Netflix!

Cancel of Netflix account because every movie freezes up , I have to reboot the Netflix to begin watching the movie again, part way into every show and or movie the movie stops , freezes and goes back

Customer service was quick and efficient, resolved my issue with common decency and courtesy, was very understanding and sympathetic towards my experience with Netflix.
