It could answer their darn phone so I could cancel their *** service. Had friends over to watch the Chiefs game, what a joke. How embarrassing it was to watch some stupid little circle spin around for an hour.

I'm being charged for an extra person on my account which there is not an extra person on my account you're stealing money from me
I've been being charged an extra account for an extra person on my account which I do not have an extra person on my account I'm about to cancel Netflix because they are ripping me off and charging me extra for an imaginary person, I'm tired of paying for an extra person and cannot seem to get through to Netflix by phone number by email nothing so they're about to get canceled
Is my account active
Couldn't get raw on Netflix on January 6 /25.
It was a live stream but I could only get it on my phone.
I can’t use Netflix from my house and I paid it!
I paid for my sisters account for months and there not letting me use it & I just paid again yesterday
New service
My CC had fraud I need to renew with a different CC. Its pretty simple I need to give you a new CC number

Hard to understand and now new a new roku stick just to watch Netflix's on my older TVs. Or get a new tv.

Need help
Do not Make it so difficult to get ahold of someone. When you are not very savvy on this third party app and I wish the phone number was available at the beginning and not jump to try to fix it on web.

I had two erroneous charges on my Visa account, and after communicating with Netflix, both were promptly removed. The customer service people were very courteous.

Every time I turn on Netflix and go to watch a movie, it's in Spanish. I don't know who's doing it or where it's coming from, but I only want my Netflix in English.
Please do not allow Spanish to be put on my Netflix. Thank you.
User's recommendation: I don’t want my shows to go on in Spanish ever so turn it off. I only want English programming.
Refund
I cancel my service no one has access to my account was no longer using this account however was still billed after the fact a month or longer of service being canceled.

Garbage streaming
Netflix holds a live event. Constant buffering every few minutes.
When it is not buffering it looks like I am watching something from millions of miles away. Completely pixelated to the point I'd rather be watching something from the 70's on an antenna. Been stuck on 25% buffer before the main fight even starts. When it is working you have to painfully listen to commentators question another that cannot hear them due to technical issues with the audio equipment.
Multi million dollar company can't even get simple audio equipment to work properly. Hmmmm.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I disconnected everything myself and then put it back together. And it worked to get my issue resolved.
They did not help me at all. I have been a customer of Netflix for years. When I called to help the person I talked with was not very helpful!
I was unable to transfer my account. The help provided was not able to help me.
Do not know what to do next. I am paying for it and unable to transfer.
Need to call Shaw to book an appointment at my expense. Not happy!
