Inundated my payment and I still can't watch Netflix. I would like to know why I can't watch Netflix after I made a payment.

A good Netflix card did not work said it was not valid
put card on account did not take it said it was not valid and it was.finally took it let people call and talk to a human being on the phone not computer converse over the phone It is so dehumanizing having to talk to someone through a computer, I am 73 years old not a computer person love the phone

Can’t download movies
Call didnt go through so we didnt get to the issue. We cannot download any movies and I need help.

Trying to figure out what constitutes a "household ".
What is a household?Our daughter has been part of our Netflix household for many years is now on a new network. And yet she has a profile in our account.
User's recommendation: Call Netflix and speak to someone. Trying to figure it out online, on a site like "pissedcustomer.com" is a waste of time.
Poor phone call connection
No sound on the other end. When I called, it said it would answer me in 5 seconds.

I had the same thing happen I cancelled my Netflix account but they continued to charge me and I call them to get my money back for the 5 months charge. First associate said I would be refunded and then I only received 3 refund credits so I called again but that agent said I could only be refunded for 3 of the months. I believe they need to be sued and maybe they will stop doing illegal things.
