NI canceled my subscription two months ago. They have continually charged my card time and time again. I called and told them I didnt authorize it, they said my money MIGHT be reimbursed after MAYBE two weeks. WHAT ?! No. They said the card on file the system searched for and found it , it wasnt saved anymore just weird and not making sense.

Don’t take criminal minds off netflix
Netflix is taking criminal minds off netflix at the end of this month. In my opinion and MANY other options, yall are very dumb for that. It is the only app with the first 12 seasons. Yall are going to lose money for taking it off. Many people are pissed and it needs to go back on. Keep criminal minds on netflix!!!

Message that may account charge failed. Checked with Netflix account representative. There is no problem with the account. Message probably came from bogus source. I appreciate the help with this issue.

Netflix has been charging way more than they should have and because of that I've been in debt multiple times. When I called they told me that I should handle it with my bank instead of them which pissed me off way more.

Great Content but Few & Far Inbetween
Price has been raised to HBO Max status & HBO has always been more of a premium streaming service. I do not subscribe to HBO or HBO Max. Love love love Netflix original series & movies however Ive noticed many series are done at four seasons and to bring a second season back is taking longer than originally hoped/announced. At the moment there is no content on that we are interested in. However we will return in the future.
