Cancel Netflix on my phones

No longer afford it in my debit card is canceled I no longer want your service I'm not satisfied with it it's not good and my cable don't work right anyhow so please turn it off before I call the Better Business Bureau I'm not giving you no more answers I'm not giving you no more excuses you need to go ahead and shut off my Netflix and that's all I've got to say about that

My Nexflex not working

I cannot get no Netflix service or the bottom where you can get YouTube which I watch and I've been watching everyday Netflix and YouTube it keeps going to troubleshooting and nothing's working so I am trying to get in touch with somebody to see which going on with this matter I rather be talking to a person not to a computer but I know it's got a lot of heavy calling

Why is my bill so high I paid my bill every single month now its up to $30 a month.
