Sick of the way you handle your customer service. Ive been a customer for many years. Im sick of every damn time I want to watch Netflix I have to verify its me that is so messed up!!! I am upset because they raised your prices and I should be grandfathered in. Netflix doesn't even have enough family oriented shows/movies. Plus Netflix cut the Christian category out that they use to.

Ask a question about my bill

No one answered the phone when I called. The phone never rang. My bill has increased and Im not sure why. I dont want to lose my nexflix so I want to try and resolve this problem as soon as possible. My bill was 19.99. But now its 22.99 Im not sure what happened. This is the second time I have tried to speak with someone about this and again no answer

To complain - being charged to use this service plus paid to re- establish service !

I had no idea that I was being charged to use this service - because there was no one to speak to and the rep. that I was typing with was rude and not helpful at all. I am requesting my fund back for this service because it was not clearly explained. If my funds are not returned, I will report this form of practice to the attorney general office because of no being informed, when giving my bank card-this is insane you are charging for this service and when I thought I was paying to re- store my account with Netflix.
