Netflix won't play

Every time I go to try and play a movie or show it boots me out of it. I pay a set amount of money a month to be able to use Netflix and I havent been able to watch a movie or show without an interruption for the past month I need this resolved or I need my money refunded to me for this inconvenience.

Price is too high having trouble cancel lady dont use it that often. Why are you make me write 100 page essay youre just gonna keep getting the same thing out of me. I want to cancel my prescription subscription thats a prescription I meant subscription of Netflix. Says its got to be a *** hundred words minimum. Just get through the thing to cancel it. Cancel it cancel cancel cancel cancel cancel cancel cancel cancel it. Cancel it.

Info did not transfer

My children left and I started my own account but my info did not transfer onto my new account I called to have help from a representative who tried hard to help me retrieve my past list but he was unable to help me further..Im terribly disappointed that Netflix did not carry over my personal list from my daughter-in-laws account when they left..It makes me very uncomfortable paying you the fees that I now have to be pure for you service that I have paid for the entire time they were living with meAngry

Overcharging with less benefits than any other platform

I pay extra to have six devices and I pay for no commercials $25 a month and you're giving me issues on my devices. I cant believe Netflix would shoot them self in the foot like this charging premium and then charging extra on top of premium to have extra family members on their platform and they charge more for their platform than any other service out there with less benefits.

Emails about shared password

I am not sharing my password! Im staying at my sons house helping with kids while his wife is in the hospital. They can see that nobody is watching Netflix at my house ( Im guessing they can). The guy I talked to said just send all Netflix mail to spam! What?? How is that resolving anything? Its stupid and Im just going to drop Netflix, there are too many choices out there to be email harassed about watch a streaming site I pay for at a different location other then my house. Isnt that the point of streaming???

New pricing plan per household when my household doesnt live in one location. I am the head of my household but apart from my primary resident I work out of state. Netflix wants to now charge me per location. This is *** since I pay the bill at all the locations. Locations does not change the members of my household. One household in 3 different locations due to work

Unhappy about not being able to share password

Ive been a loyal customer for over 10 + years and I enjoy the service. Why all of sudden password sharing is such a problem. The rich wants to get richer, I do know a lot of people cancelled out their accounts when it started to take place . I dont want to cancel but I also dont want to pay more for sharing my Netflix account. I do have other options like hbo max,Hulu, Pluto,Tubi etc etc.

Account charges on a bogus credit card number

I canceled my account with Netflix a year ago. Since that time I have still been on the regular billing cycle and Netflix has been charging my old credit card number.

This card had fraudulent activity against it and had to be destroyed. I dont have the 16 digit code, I have contacted Netflix and discover card where the account was charged and had the issue settled. Out of a loyalty type policy Discover card was honoring your charges against an old obsolete number.

When this became discovered, the money charged to date against the fraudulent card has been refunded . But since January 1, 2023, you have started billing me again some of the charges since January have been refunded, and at least two are in dispute and being investigated

Never complete a series

Netflix never completes a series. So don't think you'll ever complete any, there are some good ones, great ones, even some excellent ones, but they will NEVER be completed. This company takes your money, gives you a good start and then cancels every damn thing, so if you're looking for anyone to follow through on the series or on customer satisfaction, definitely look somewhere else.

I am tired of watching the start of a series that are actually good, decent and some I would say excellent and then NETFLIX CANCELS them. I can never finish a series on Netflix anymore. It is like the company just wants to take your Money and never complete a damn thing anymore. So buyer beware, you will never have a complete series again.

Billing statements its too hard to get a hold of anybody to talk to to get your billing status changed or only if upgrades not fair to customers should be cheaper than paying top dollar should get top quality
