Inaction on part of Netflix- no response.

No response from Netflix so far & no refund of extra payment. Despite having received 3 payments in October 21, Netflix is neither ready to acknowledge the receipts nor ready to refund the extra charged money.

They have overfilled me for two years despite sending certified letters cancelling services

I signed up for an individual streaming plan, which they quickly changed to a Family plan and billed me a higher amount. When I realized it, I sent a certified letter asking them to reimburse me, which was never done. In this same letter, I also cancelled my DVD plan, which they also ignored. I later found out I was still billed for this DVD service for a year! I sent another certified letter, which was also ignored, to again cancel this service and request a refund. Three months later, they are STILL billing me for the twice cancelled DVD service I haven't used in over a year. I just cancelled my subscription with them. They owe me hundreds of dollars but ignore their customers' certified letters. They are unbelievably irresponsible and a big ripoff!

User's recommendation: DO NOT USE THEM. THEY USE UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES.

So in many countries including US there is a concept of cancel as you signed up. You need to go into the APP or to the website and cancel. They do nto have to accept a certified letter as a cancel as you did not sign up with a certified letter.

The 1s are only because I don’t have a response on those questions but there were no other options.

Poor quality

Just an example if I turn the TV on and put Netflix on nine times out of 10 it will be a circle which just spins sometimes I have to shut it off and try the next day and sometimes when its done spinning some of the movies are sold in and some are today Im watching The Walking Dead and four times I had to restart it was an error popped up if this doesnt get fixed soon I will be canceling Netflix I know Im just one customer but I have a lot of friends that I have Netflix and I have the same problem and most of the time your movies or TV shows dont pertain to me I like westerns new ones and motorcycle movies suns of anarchy supranos all the lonesome dove

Riding costs

I am very concerned because I have been watching more shows on UTube as I like the Turkish actors. It seems Netflix is out of touch with its customers and is pouring money into the fake royals Megan and Harry . Its so distasteful to see a musical of Princess Diana and programs that will be funded for Harry and Megan. Please do your research and dont be scammed.

They are promoting fraud and customer service is nonexistent

Someone has been using my card fraudulently for over three and a half years and you REFUSE to terminate the service!!! You customer service is nonexistent and at this point Ive contacted an attorney!!

Your company is STEALING from me!!!

Fraudulent services were set up with my card for Netflix AND something called Swearnet! I finally got Netflix disconnected BUT your company plays DUMB when trying to disconnect swearnet. Youve been STEALING from me for three and a half years!!! I want it disconnected and my MONEY BACK. Your customer service SUCKS!!!!

Connection

Netflix still doesnt work they didnt offer me any good service and I think Ill cut them off.I was on the phone for at least 40 minutes trying to figure out how we were going to fix it unplug the TV unplug satellite box plugged everything back in I havent tried my own room and when I got off the phone nothings working the Wi-Fi is there a TV works for some reason it just got really poor service

Netflix freezing up.

On many different shows, Netflix kept freezing up and not allowing us to continue watching it. I got through to a representative very quickly and after doing what he said which was just unplugging the TV the problem was resolved. The representative also told us to check our Internet service if it happens again.pissedconsumer.com was very helpful and I would use them again.

Whatever I watch Freezes up constantamtly and bumps me off

First it keeps freezing up constantly, and then it bumps me off it goes mute, I mean this has been going on for the fourth day. Also, I called your number Netflix your 800 number and first there was a survey and that's fine I took it, but nobody answered my call it's supposed to be answered first, and then they give you a survey yeah I just got skipped right through it to the survey so nothing was resolved at all no one acknowledged that I called and nothing was resolved on my end.

Request to cancel the new show of charmed. No one watches it and it's opposed magick history. The script is terrible at the first impression.

I am very very very disappointed with Netflix. They charged my cable company with the bill. So theres no way I can get a refund. And I will never ever use Netflix again ever never and I never used it to begin with so for nine months he charged me and I never even use your service

Yes Im very disappointed. Netflix went through my cable company and set me up for Netflix that I have never used and was charged for something I never used for nine months. And they will not reverse reverse the charges and I am very very disappointed and I will never ever use Netflix ever
