Your answering service sucks! Got hung up on, took me over an hour to get to a human to pay yall. He was an ass-hole. Right then and there I canceled. Dont contact me. I never what to go through that stupid *** again!

The number I was given it has been disconnected Well I tried to call but number been disconntected They try to take my payment out on a Sunday and I am on a pension and dosent go in the bank till a monday and I have covid not feeling well and netflix is a big part of me being in isolation all I want is for them to take my account of hold till I get payed tomorrow and will pay it right away

User's recommendation: Well they try to take money out of our accounts on a Sunday and I never get payed till a Monday so they straight away put my account on hold but have been with netflix for quite some time now and right now I have covid and netflix is the only thing keeping me from going crazy.

You say none of my info is correct. you don't have a problem taking money out of my acct every month

i need to talk to a live person 602 309 ****. i had to deactivate the card on file. it was compromised. You say all the info I input is wrong.

Im starting college and wont have time. But also it was nice having during the time I was unable to do other things. Took a while to get interested in some things. But it was great at the end.

It's a good value with good products. He hardly watch anything else anymore.

Requesting more Asian shows

There is not many Asian Romantic dramas to choose from. I would love to see many more different varieties that i can choose to watch and I not satisfied. Also, the series titled, "Business Proposal" I am very disgruntled with ending. There should be a follow-up series to that one. Please tell me you are working on it.

Need to talk to cuatomer service about a discount

Have a mgr call me at 239-290-**** I want to stay on with NF but my card was hacked and on the 7th the bill will not be paid Trying to get my bill date moved to the 20th but the girl on the phone was not giving me any leeway - this is not how you retain people that are thinking aboit canceling
