Payment issues

Needed a two-week extension on my billing did not receive it I've been a customer with them for many many years have had auto pay switch the bank activated a new card payment at the updated when I did that I asked for two week extension so I can start on my retirement pay check every month and they did not Grant it they only gave me a 7-Day extension or not give me the other seven days so now my service will be interrupted not sure if I ever use them again Emily post

No Netflix!

I have not been able to access Netflix....my account refec that your company received payment.......still I have not been able to start Netflix...it blinks off every time I attempt to access it....should I close this account out ?

Misplaced tape

Cannot find Tape! Misplaced it over a month ago searched for it to no avail. What to do? Please respond!

I have cancelled my membership on 24.09.2021 my membership was restarted on 8.10.2021.I do not unferstanrd the charges and who has restarted this account. I am asking for refund for the months of October 2021.and to cancel my membership until further notice.

Could not login

We called and use chat and both useless to help us to login to different TV. We reset the pad three times. It didnt work. Horrible customer and technical support.

Double billing

For the last three years I have been charged twice on two different accounts one from my Comcast when I lived in Jersey and the second on my Outlook when I move to Delaware. The agent canceled my Comcast account and is refunding me 1 months billing

User's recommendation: Make sure that you separately cancel Netflix even though it was done through your cable provider.

Call to update billing subscription card

Customer service answered quickly and I was able to update card without having to login or give the agent my full number. I was sent a verification code on my cell phone and was also transferred to an automated system to enter my full card number. I hope it does work and I dont have further problems.

User's recommendation: Call customer service instead of trying to go about any problems another way.

This past month or so we are having issues with Netflix

We are watching a movie and after an hour or so the sound of them speaking goes to dead silence and it doesn't come back on. We have tried to go back to the beginning and still could not access the voices
