I cant watch movie

Can't stream neither can i watch downloaded movies. And it is quite frustrating. I paid for the subscription immediately i downloaded the app yet that is how my subscription ended without watching any movie. Please look into this i have been complaining about this since last year. I keep on receiving error...

I was told two different directions for handling a defective product. Very frustrating

A defective firestick could not be replaced because it was a gift An Amazon product. Very, very frustrating to deal with. Moral is: don't buy gifts for anyone from Amazon.

I refunded my Netflix but never got my money back. Why?

I cant afford Netflix at the moment but it charged me anyways Im just trying to get my money back I have a lot more important things to buy.

Did not take off double charged for 6 months

I was had multiple accts for same TV's and only 1 acct needed but was told had to call my bank and have charges reversed off when the person on phone could have easily given credit - very unsatisfied

Screwed up

Have fun with plimmdting stock after not allowing people to share passwords. Literally my parent's, so they will be leaving too. Highly advise you reconsider that bew policy in order to squeeze mote profit. Also hesrd advertisements were coming if not already here. Way to go ok selling out to government and trendy pressure. Stop trying to appease to these dumb trends as well. Chold exploitation etc. Take a long hard look in thr mirror.

I had to call and ask a question

I had to jump through 4 different hoops to simple call the customer service number. That is garbage. Not sure why you make people do that. But it is frustrating and a pain to PAYING CUSTOMERS

Called Netflix. Unfriendly. Unhelpful. On phone for 30 minutes. Disconnected. No call back This problem been going on for months. I would just as soon cancel dish
