Successful termination agent was able to discontinue my service successfully. I may possibly use Netflix again in the future

Bill and Technical support

My sons girlfriend put the Netflix in her name and we cant get it back and I was charged twice for it and they took off the 21 something the other day and they turned around and charged it again.

Cancel neflix

Why it takes so long to cancel the netflix..I have already told my credit card to freeze payment to netflix..So..the problem of reimbursement rensins..Why the delay ..???.

Called no help,they dont have a clue. Watched a had multiple commercials, Sad state of customer service,they are lost no good for ones blood pressure. Will prob drop Netflix JS

I have been without netflix for over two weeks on two of the tv

App is not completing it download in order to play anything., have spent several hours on the phone with no fixes to date. This involves two Samsung TV. All other apps work fine.

Netflex not working

Lost connection. Agent was awesome and fixed the problem. If it happens again I will know what to do.

Want to cancel my Netflix account. I don't need it no more. To much money to pay on Netflix.

Netflix is to high, if Netflix started me back they would have to start me as a customer at the normal price they started me out as at the beginning again. Hulu and peacock are way alot cheaper. It is sad that Netflix is almost $20.00 now. Just tried to do review and Netflix saying I'll still have account. No I don't Netflix I canceled it.

Does not play after recent update

Netflix loads to the selection screen the titles movies and commercials for the movies play with sound, however when I select a movie it only plays sound and shows a black screen

I didn't order Netflix because I have with my cable package but your team just took it upon there self to charge my card the first time that was to be taken out of your system but it wasn't and then it was charges again when I wasn't Even home not a happy camper .

I have paid for it but I can't watch

I paid and it was left for a code to be send to me and it wasnt sent now I cant have access to the Netflix until I join the membership which I have paid for and I cant have sign in or make use of it at all I need an assistant in order to have access to the Netflix account

Got it settled disputing charges with my bank the gentleman I talked to sent me the email of the current Bill paid in full was very pleased to talk to and got issue resolved great job guys as N I love my Netflix account because I work a lot and don't watch much tv but is ty here when I wan to to watch a movie

Netflix is impossible to get a hold of for 2 years you have been taking money from my account and it was cancelled 2 years ago cant even make a phone call to find out how to get my money back Im getting a lawyer
