I completely understand that economy is but this company does not come to consideration of the customers that Ive been with with them for five years plus to ridiculously increase an account for five dollars for four lines and then look at the prices for two lines is highway robbery two lines of 1599 for mine for 1999 why would anybody do that and one line is 999 im seriously thinking about switching to Hulu and Paramount because I can get both of them for 1999.

Someone in Columbia tried to still my account. Changed everything to Spanish customer service could not fix it so I just canceled the account.
Above is the reason. Kept wanting my Pay Pal transaction ID which there is no such thing. Should have just let me change my password. Its obvious I was paying for the last several years with pay Pal as you are refunding 16,22 for my last payment from Pay Pal. I am 74 and dont need this aggravation.

Text message i received said renewal was not received
I received a phishing text. the Netflix tech explained it to me and I now understand that Netflix does not send a text for a failed payment. I forwarded the phishing text to Netflix at the email address the tech gave me. Thank you

Monthly charges
There is a record of my calling in February to downgrade my service to 1 device. I have been charged that price since February and am told that I cannot receive a credit for the difference in plans. It was changed today and if this company cannot credit me the $25-$30 for monies I paid then I dont need your second in the future. I will wait for your response and if I dont see a credit on my account I will terminate Netflix.

On 15th of July I subscribe to my Netflix and they deducted my account three times and still the Netflix is not working and that not refund my money till now

WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND
Some how my Netflix account was hacked after canceling the subscription. There was a recurring charge of 19.99 for the last six months and nextflix employees and managers stated since the streaming and subcription was used it nothing they can do besides refund me of the last month charge of $19.99 AFTER 3 DIFFERENT EMPLOYESS AND A MANAGER CONFIRMED THE ACCOUNT WAS HACKED AT A CHARGE OF $99.75. refunding me $19.99 out of the damn near $100 owed to me. Netflix is making ME PAY FOR THERE SYSTEM *** PISSED I WILL NEVER SUBSCRIBE THIS STEAMING SERVICE EVER AGAIN!
