I want to close my subscription as I am going to usa for 6 months

I will not be at home as I will be in usa and I may not return after 6 months there I will watch the programs and Netflix also on their tv and laptop .hence there is no need to keep the membership here .I hope you understand and cancel the membership.As for as using the Netflix I enjoyed a lot there was some recommendation for certain movies which helped in selection .

How hard is it to talk to a person. If that is not possible cancel my account. I have been fooling around with this *** for 45 minutes. I dont have time for this

As per request review provided.

Had Netflix for years. My kids told me that they were not able to use it for the last few months. I called Netflix to report the same, without any attempt to try to solve an issue I was compelled to discontinue service. More to it I was forced to pay for another two weeks for the service that was not provided as Netflix can only cancel at the pay cycle. Will go with different provider.

Do to Google and there B's, I couldn't get into my email to receive a code, and couldn't receive a code from Google because I had a different phone and number they want to send a code to a phone that was dead could no longer work. I'm screwed , I have a bad attitude...

Superior Support!

The young man was extremely knowledgeable and resolved my issue in minutes! That said, when I dialed the number on line and called, I listened to at least 10 sales ploys and completed that process only to get a recorded message telling me I had to call another number. That number was the SAME! After searching further, I located a real Netflix CS Rep. you desperately need to make the contact process far less painful! If you read this entire message, feel free to reach out and I can share those numbers.

User's recommendation: If you call and are provided with mandatory different products to purchase, hang up. It’s complete BS and will only make you angry!

I need to unsubscribe I dont have service, unable to stream movies etc.! That should be more than enough reason to unsubscribe from any service on my cell phone! I dont understand why I would need to unsubscribe to a service that I do not receive please reply thank you. Please send me an answer to confirm that you receive this message I need to discontinue any service that I may have until I can afford to sign up for the service and use my TV and or satellite system to be able to receive your service. Lousy Broadcasting

I started my subscription at just under 10& per month. I as the quality of your material took a nosedive the cost of my monthly subscription skyrocketed to 20$ per month, DOUBLE MY INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION??? It is now difficult to find a decent movie (one that doesnt have some bizarre, weird and puzzling ending)?. And what is the deal with all of these never ending series/serials?

User's recommendation: If you have no problem paying 20$+ a month and like watching series after series with year after year of never ending episodes, have stir.
