I called to cancel my account because I don’t see anything that appeals to me and my age 66. I like westerns and drama without having to watch a long series. Too many foreign movies.

Too many foreign movies. Not enough westerns. Too many movies that long drawn out series. Im 66 and dont find enough movies to my liking. Im very pleased with the quality of the service!!! Just not enough simple short movies without series. Thanks

Speak to a representative, I want to cancel my account. Our mortgage payment increased $200 a month based in real eased value by Guildford County Tax office. I disabled.I am confused why you cannot contact me. We had a change in phone carriers-our old number was 336-549-**** for Daniel's new phone number and 336-686-****. My number is 743-643-****.

User's recommendation: We have enjoyed Netflix’s for many years. As retired individuals we have found ourselves watching Netflix series and movies. We jock about who will fall asleep first and have wake up the other one or just move on. In going so whoever fell asleep must catch up.

I called to see why they took money out my account when I didn't have an open account with them they said my information was still on file I asked for it to be removed they told me it had been but still charged my card for 16.75 cent and I'm just looking to get my money back on my account asap mad not deal with them anymore this is the second time now

We dont watch it we never seem to watch this channel at all so theres no reason for us to keep it and not pay for it or pay for it and not watch it I have to have so many words in here so I can keep talking but Im telling you I just dont wash it and we disconnected

Netflix money loss

Well if I was Netflix I would dump any projects that are in the works with Megan and Harry for sure these two are appalling individuals and I for one and many of my colleagues will be boycotting Netflix if they appear. Save yourself some money there. I agree that Netflix is a great streaming experience and would hate for you to lose so many subscribers.

Black screen often requires a TV re-set unlike all other TV streaming services

Frequently, I have to crawl behind my complex entertainment cabinet to unplug my TV to re-sBetter et NetFlix. Tech support was a complete waste of time. This has never been a problem with Prime or Disney plus. Netflix is very unreliable and tech support is a complete waste of time. No wonder they are losing subscribers.

Someone hacked into my account, and I wasnt able to use my Netflix. I called the Netflix customer service and they were able to help me secure my account, get my account back secure my email. Great service thank you so much

As I say is, if I can't use my account over sea, Netflix is nothing for me............. I just move in to Amazon prime

Asking for more, getting less. Ditch it.

They ask for more and give less. The value of what they offer is dog schite. Then I live in fear of getting my account locked because I use the account in Saudi Arabia and my wife uses the account in the US. They got rid of so much good stuff to save server space. What a rip off. I dropped it. I am an original customer from the 1990s and I'm completely done with them.
