Further to our conversation can you please confirm that you have cancelled the subscription and the payment from my credit card ending in 1322. I would also like to know how some one can get into my account and change my e-Mail address and set up a payment from Mexico when I live in the UK, surely this a breach of Data and should be looked at under the data protection act, I have also noticed that I have also received two other emails from you saying that you have cancelled my account as requested but this was dated Sunday before I spoke with you and about an OXXO payment from Mexico, I really feel that you should check into the security of Netflix.

I look forward to receiving confirmation that you have cancelled the payment and closed my subscription
