Nothing. Netflix still claiming that the transaction is still pending and they didn't receive any payment even though I have proof from the bank that it was paid.

Netflix charged my card and the payment went through, but yet it wouldn't let me watch anything. There was nothing on my Netflix homepage saying anything about payment problems.

So, I cancelled my account and asked for a refund. They told me I have to wait 8 days. It's been more than 8 days but still no refund. I called customer service, and now they're saying that it's still pending.

I told them I have proof that it's not pending, but they insisted that it was still pending.

A bank transaction pending for more than 8 days? They're so quick to charge you, but when it comes to refunds, they'll give you all the runarounds and BS.

User's recommendation: Stay away from Netflix!

Monetary Loss: $23.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
