i have been with netflix since almost day one but last month netflix offered a free month trial of streaming so i accepted only i was never able to set it up on either my tv or computer. i immediately cancelled the service even tho i was informed that it would still be available for a month.

i called netflix after i saw that i was billed for it as well as my regular charge of 3 dvds at a time. i was told i had to give out my AE account number to the difficult for me to understand gentleman. i told him they have this info and would not give it out. i gave up the call as got nowhere..called again yesterday and spoke with two other men who i had trouble understanding..never had this problem in past as all CSRs spoke perfect english..they wanted to know when i placed the request as they had no record of ever offering this free trial..neither one would help me and i asked to speak to a mgr.

and was told i would get same answer so finally gave up..since when does netflix hire only people from other countries who some of us cannot understand and who are not willing to help their customers esp. after being with netflix for years..?

i just looked at netflix ratings and they are very poor..no wonder..they dont care anymore about the clients. i used to be their biggest fan ..no more..kay c
