Going through my yearly account i have found netflixhave charged me twice a month since may 2017. I rang them and they said i failedto cancel when i changed my talktalk account to gmail i did cancel on the 22 march 2017 and had to pay talktalk 150 because i was leaving to go to gmail the lady i spoke to said she would refund 3 monthsonly i said as they continued to take 2 paymentsevery month that they should refund ,i check my t v and i have only got my g mail account she said she would e mail address to complained but as failed to do so its 60 pounds they owe me to many not a lot of money but to ourselves its a lot what can i do?.
