Dear Netflix,

I´m your reliable member couple of years. My name is Petr Jenista.

I´m from Czech republic.

Two months ago I´ve got opportunity by my employer.

Till end of this year I will work for my employer in France. At the same time I left my family in Czech republic.

I had no any similar experience. I was not abroad for such long time ever. So I didn´t expect any troubles with Netflix account.

Especialy when I use my own account.

What an unpleasant surprise last Saturday evening during watching...

I tried to call to your Help desk to check me personally, explain situation and ask for unblocking of my TV in France.

What next unpleasant surprise. Nobody is able to help me. Supposedly new rules. Bad luck for me at this moment...

But I can´t understand, I just want to use my own account in different country.

Does it really means, that till end of this year I can´t watch Netflix on smart TV in France, even thoug I pay every month for it?

It seems strange to me, I´m sorry.

If yes, I´m going to be disappointed. A bit.

Please, try to think about it.
