Need to change Email address and password

I have not heard from Netflix in reference to changing my email address and password. I received an email from Google that my Netflix account may have been compromised. I need Netflix to update my email address before I can change my password.

Excessive charges Within a month

I subscribed for a package 1,200/monthly and I was upgraded to 3,600 without my permission and I charged for it and now getting charged another 3,600 all within my first month of signing up making it 8,400 and its not yet a month..this is so unfair. Please refund my money..

DISAPPOINTED UNSATISFIED

Dear Netflix, I am very annoyed and angry with you currently. I was in the middle of watching Brooklyn 99 and it is no longer on Netflix. As a side note could you PLEASE stop taking movies and tv shows off of Netflix. It is irritating, annoying, frustrating and heartbreaking. Best, Frequent Netflix user.

Want to cancel after this month before next auto pay for December

I have lost all interest in watching it anymore , and so I am changing to another subscription, I think Netflicks workers and customer service is great , but I am done with supporting anything Obama is enriching himself with! And last, when I do find interest in a series, and it takes a year or more to come back , it completely loses my interest !

User's recommendation: Obama is part owner and I am tired of the grooming of children thru the trash being shown, so want to end my payments for what I have no interest ! Thank you.

Plays on computer and smartphone but has stopped on the smart TV

Too many charges and too many texts about my account

I am getting charged 2 to 3 times more a month. This started 3 to 4 months ago and its not worth it as well as having to have a certain amount of characters to submit a complaint
