I gave up on cable years ago, and Netflix will be next. The customer service is rude.
They put you in a situation where everything is in their favor. This month, their system decided to put my account on hold even though it's on auto-pay. I paid it but kept getting an error. I finally had time to try to call them, and there was no agent.
The first representative was so rude. The second one helped me but wanted to cancel my account because I wanted a refund for December. They want to charge the full month even though their system wasn't working all month. Greedy companies like this will not last.
The screenshot shows they had my account on hold even after I paid for it. I didn't know I paid for it since I kept getting errors, and because it's over 30 days, they wouldn't refund me.

Verified Reviewer |I got the Netflix service simply to watch the Tyson fight and I was unsuccessful in being able to watch even the pre-fight and I'm extremely unhappy with the purchase
I was not happy with the chat resolution and extremely displeased with my new Netflix service that I got just today, only because I wanted to watch the Tyson fight and I couldn't watch it at all. It just kept failing on multiple devices, multiple networks.
Again all other streaming services and network connectivity as well as speed tests are flawless. The problem is only with Netflix.
User's recommendation: Do not use Netflix. It is too expensive and has incredibly bad services and resolution.

BUT COULDN'T ACCESS IT. SO I HAD TO SIGN UP WITH THE SAME ACCOUNT. AND STILL PAY FOR ANOTHER NEW MEMBERSHIP. NOW I'M TRYING TO DELETE THE ACCOUNT PERMANENTLY AND I CAN'T.

Every few seconds I have to exit Netflix and re-enter the app because the live feed keeps freezing!!! I have strong Wi-Fi signal from Spectrum.

I accidentally pushed the add a member, There is no way to cancel it. And I can’t watch Netflix until I add an extra member.

My email was changed, and I cannot access my account now. My login name, vitalcikk, was changed to frixfawn3.
I just received a notification that my email has been changed and I no longer receive emails on my original email. Also, I have been charged £4.99, but I did not reactivate my subscription account.

I have attached all the details of the scam group. They have scammed me out of over $400.
They claim to be doing marketing and promotion for Netflix companies, where they sell tickets so that you can get those jobs and be paid in return. They also claim to have a physical office in Kenya (East Africa). They are very convincing, to the point that they have a pyramid scheme for selling the tickets, starting from as low as $100.

Trying to watch the fights & video keeps freezing
Trying to watch the fights & video keeps freezing and losing audio. Spinning for ever. Doesnt matter if you restart the app or not still keeps freezing.
