Nothing happened, my Husband died and I cant afford Netflix anymore due to the economy and plus I am to tired from working to watch all those movies.

Tired of paying out the *** and not being able to watch my Netflix

Im always getting sorry cant load rite now or in the middle of the movie it goes to zero and then loads to 28% then says sorry cant connect rite now try again later. I refuse to continue to pat 22 dollars a month for *** services

Problem with my bill

I was being charged for Netflix on my XFinity bill as well as a continuing charge on a credit card. I needed to cancel one of them and decided to cancel on X Finity and continue with my recurring charge from Netflix on my credit card.

Pay bill

Pretty simple someone steals your stuff, your identity... U solve that with the FBI..I want to restart well then do that..minus all the previous compromised information..my old phone, compromised, android , email, phone number..NEW and new device.. for those of you in tech u get it.

They started my account unauthorized on January 2022 and are giving me back 6 months only refund. Plus why would they without my knowing charge me in the first place and god knows how many others thes

On January 2022 they started an auto-pay without my authorization I called them and they are paying back 6 months when they should pay for 9 months

Frigging lousy *** costumer service..

They were forcing me to upgrade . Even tho my plan says I can watch on my devices. They blocked streaming. I refused to be bullied into useless *** upgrade.
