My password is incorrect

What bothered me the most was in order to prove that it was really me they asked for my credit card number. Why can't you text me a code for me to send you. I have enjoyed Netflix and hope to get back with them.

Charge to much for service

Netflix charges too much money for what others offer for free and my Netflix has been hacked into twice and Im tired of it being hacked into thats why Im cancelling my service.

Change payment - unable to do online

Received email stating that my account is locked I didnt realiE that there was fraud on my card and they shut down card I need to update card. Could not do it on phone link

I wanna talk to somebody by why my TV Netflix ain't working I paid

Ill pay for my next to ya took it out of my bank account now I cant get it on my TV I wanna know whats going on why cant I get next to her next on my TV yall stayed taking the money out my account every month but I cant get it on my TV one thing another this the third the second month I cannot get it on my TV you gonna give me my money back or you gonna get a straight on my TV in the next two minutes

They raised the price three times all of world the highest in monthly rates $25.99 in other countries. Plus they don't have no senior citizens discount and take ur money off ur card without my authorize approval.

Can't access my account

Couldn't access my Netflix for 7 months & still paid for it. Would like refund for those months. Also, site was changed from English to Arabic & I couldn't change it back to English.
