Trying to find a good customer service number to cancel service and got routed to this number. It would be great if the number was easily accessible for everyone.

On the day that I called Netflix it was because I noticed that I had a continued charge for May 29, 2025.
Previously on April 29, 2025, I had closed my account with a different representative. It was my understanding that my account was closed completely.
The question I have is why and how Rhonda was able to reopen my account for May 29, 2025 after it had been closed, especially since the card name had my name on it.
My concern is that it seems really easy for someone to access an account and use the credit card.
I would like an explanation as to how she was able to do that. It seemed very easy for her to access my account.
And I would highly recommend that the security of an account be asked specifically to the person who owns the credit card and who is paying for the account, making sure that anyone cant just reopen an account without the permission of the person who owns the credit card.
As far as I know, it has now been completely closed and my credit card is not available for anyone else to access, and has been deleted from my account.
I did feel that the current representative understood my situation and thanked me for letting her know.
I am still interested in how a third party person was able to reopen my account at the time.

When I sat down to watch a show last week, I was presented with their sales pitch and an option to "join." I've been a subscriber for years now. It really annoyed me. Ditto for the following night. Tonight I clicked
the "join" button and was able to get in and watch what I wanted.
They could have just offered a button to push for those of us who are already members. One more complaint: every time I search for a movie I'd like to see I get the "We don't have that movie, but we have these." Thanks for listening.
