When I have a problem it is very hard to talk to a real person. It's taken so long to have this problem resolved. And having money taken out of my account when I'm not using netflix.

The service rep was okay. It's difficult to go through the Hoops to get to the customer service. You need to change that. Should have a customer service number that goes directly to a customer service representative not jump through hoops.
