New ReviewerI've been a customer for over 10 years. I moved in with my brother 1 and a half years ago, and I wasn't able to connect with my brother's account with his password, so I kept my account open...after calling them 5 times, still I have not been able to get on my brother's account.
So I finally had to cancel my account, which will take up to 30 business days for my refund ( for a month only), then I again have to call them back to hopefully get them to put me on my brother's account. Very frustrating. Personally, I will not ever recommend Netflix.
I appreciate pissed consumer, you have made it easy for contacting them and hopefully correcting my situation. Thank you.
