I have been with NF for many years; however, in the last couple of years, the deterioration of service is unbelievable! Takes forever to get new titles, always a long wait, and talking to customer service gets you only Phone Company Politeness.i,e, no answers but apologies and silly excuses that all is working as it should.
The difference in service is horrendous and they shoul just admit they are buying way fewer copies of each title and are trying hard to stop renting DVDs and Blu-rays. I would stream from them but they have so few current titles it is not worth it. I would love to get just once, a STRAIGHT ANSWER, not an apology.
Getting ready to stop service, which may be what they want. VERY FRUSTRATING from a former great company!!!
