I have called several times about some fraudulent charges to my account, where I was charged Twice a month for several months. I am very frustrated because not one customer service person is able to help me. All I want is either money back or credit to my account. You, Netflix, has agreed that my account was fraudulently charged, so why do you get to keep my money? I have been called "silly' by a chat rep because I did not catch this sooner. Name calling is unprofessional and should not be an issue!! If we both agree that money is taken illegally, then why is no one competent enough to help with this concern? I've reached out to my banking institution and they tell me to go to Netflix, and you people tell me to call my bank. I'm sure you can understand why I'm frustrated. After doing a simple google search, I was able to easily find that other people experienced the same thing and have the same issues as me! Why is this acceptable to such a successful company as yourself?

At this point, I have filed a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and Visa. I'm aware this is probably of no significance to you, but it's not ethical or professional for you to keep peoples money that DOES NOT BELONG! THIS IS A SCAM! I have cancelled my account and informed my family and friends to be aware and cancel your service. Again, a million dollar company doesn't give a *** about a couple hundred dollars, but this is NOT your money to keep. Please, can a competent representative of your company help me with this loss? This is enough money for me to be concerned about and Netflix should care enough to correct it.
