I was new to netflix, but after a month on problems, I give. You can not send them an email, you have to sit on the line to tell them what wrong, that does not do anything, and they end up not being able to do anything about it after you go thru the problem.
Start watcing a movie, pause it, come back and it says it not able to play this title, you are half way thru, but too bad, I give, I will not be trying them again.
It is rediculas to pay for something you can not use. Of course, I am using a PS# to watch the movies on, and they tell me it is a PS 3 problem
