Canceled and they are still charging me.And the is no live customer service so no one to talk to about it.
Now I am disputing charge with my bank. I have to wait for the bank to make a decision. I barely even used the service and canceled and the nerve to keep charging me. For bad service, no live help and just wrong.
My next move, I will be reporting them to the Department of Better Business.
I canceled my account got charged again and when I went back to my account it is no longer active so how can they charge me!Netflix suxks!
