I cancelled my Netflix account, before my payday to allow time for it to go through. A few days later, I've found £5.99 still went out of my account and sure enough, it was Netflix. I then double checked my account with them and as stated it was cancelled and still is, yet they've taken it anyway. This is theft and I am most unhappy to put it politely.

Netflix has double charged my account for 22 months and refunded a petty 23 dollars. I am looking for others to join a class action suit against these criminals and I have a supervisor on record admitting they have numerous customers that have had the same problem.
