I have gotten 3 bad DVDs in the last couple of months with Netflix.It is soooo irritating to sit down and try to watch a movie and get 1/3 or 1/2 way through and all of a sudden, frozen!!

I also got one that was mislabeled so the movie I wanted to watch was not in the envelope. I tried to send them a nice little email about my anger but of course you can't really contact them.

All this started happening about the time they raised their rates too.Please Netflix, get this figured out!!

I think they are already bankrupt and cannot afford to replace their bad VDVs... they just keep sending ou the defective ones. I have not gotten a good one in 2 months!

I wrote a letter to NF customer service describing the chronic unplayable disk problem.I got an idiotic response explaining I can return the disks for replacements.

Thanks for nothing.Do what I did, find your local Redbox kiosk.
