Do not trust Netflix's Customer Service Dept! They lie!
I cancelled my streaming video last September online. Just today I noticed that my credit card was still being billed. I called Customer Service and explained the situation. First I was told that they couldn't tell when service was cancelled.
Then I was told that service was cancelled sometime between Nov 24 and Dec 23. Seriously? They have no way of knowing the exact date of online cancellation? Don't believe them!
I should have kept the cancellation email they said they sent me. That's what I get for trusting a large corporation.
