I've just cancelled my Netflix streaming account. I use it infrequently but without fail, each and every time I try to view a selection whether TV episode or movie, the streaming fails.
I am not making this up, it's EVERY FREAKING TIME. So I've had it with Netflix. Their idea of customer service is to click on the 'report problem' in your ***. Gee thanks Netflix way to go to keep a customer!
My computer is new, top of the line. etc.
So I don't think that's the problem. I'm going to give Hulu a try!
