Keeps saying “ sorry, were having trouble playing this “ on any decent movie we choose. Other movies that i never heard of play & im 56! So as far as pay us on time goes? Yeah they got paid! & as far as the usual direct tv bs or comcasts scams ( google direct tv / comcast complaints)

Same deal. Different movie company. The ONLY ONES THAT DONT SUCK?

I suspect your internet provider and/or you, not Netflix. Best find someone, like a friend to check out your internet streaming speeds and connections. If, for example you have a fast, reliable internet connection thru Charter Netflix and all other streaming providers work rather well.
