Netflix - Restricted account

Netflix restricted my account and wanted to change my payment method because my account got hacked I did not want to change using my debit card they suggested that I buy a gift card every month which I thought was inconvenient I even got new Debit card with a different security code but to no avail so after 10 years I canceled my account
