Same as other posts.I've called the company several times and receive no admission of fault on their part.

I've disconnected and reconnected along with resetting my password and account per their instructions. I've been told my internet service is at fault, false; I have been told it was a problem with my PS3, false.

I have been with netflix for a few years now and this problem with streaming is a recent phenom so I can only assume the problem lies with them.Getting them to own up to this or do anything about it is quite another.

They try to say I need a new hard drive on my PS3. If this was the case you would think Amazon and redbox instant would be the Same deal
