Very close to cancelling my subscription!After over 3 years of being a Netflix customer I have become very upset with my paid subscription due to the constant crashing of my Netflix apps.

My streaming/casting attempts are only successful 1/2 to MAYBE 2/3 of the time if I'm lucky.

On my computer it takes 10-15 minutes (not a dramatization) for a program to start which is no fault of my computer.Should this continue to be an issue as it has throughout the past few months, I will cancel my subscription come January.

Reviewer is in unhappy mood. Please immediately contact the author of this review to discuss bad quality of netflix subscription. Netflix needs to read this review and look into the issue (if any) according to poster's claims.
