Netflix plans to increase my current service by 60%. I have cancelled my DVD mail service (probably what they want) and will only be getting live streaming. I have been a customer since January 2010.

I used to say good things about them but now put them in the same negative light that I have for cable which I dropped for Netflix. Manipulative gougers! Will now let everyone know I am Pissed with them.

I tried to send an email complanit to them but couldn't find a catagory for that. I guess they just want to use some self-serving phone handlers.

I will be looking for alternatives. This was a big marketing error.
