Either you should be complaining about your internet provider for providing poor service or you should look at your hardware. 99% of the time it is one of these 2 issues.

If you look at Netflix's help answers you should see recommended internet speeds for using the service. You can go to www.speedtest.net to check your internet connection speed.

Also, streaming video service typically works better with a hardwired connection than over WIFI.
