Subscriber for over a decade, price kept going up while programming content got worse and worse. I left cable for that reason, when I started watching Netflix I paid less than $7.00 a month and it was all quality movies.Then they started having some of their own movies and series that were pretty good, but they cancelled them.Now Bollywood and Asian films that I do not care for, as well as cooking and reality shows, old school tv shows that I can watch for free on Pluto, that's why Netflix has just lost a customer...complained about content for over a year but it only got worse.
Netflix is not worth it anymore.
I can subscribe to AppleTV and a couple of PBS channels for the same price as monthly Netflix and have new and better viewing options. When this form asks how much if any money lost, I would have to say that the past 5 years at least was a waste of my money, that's goota be worth a couple of hundred dollars or more.
User's recommendation: Don't Bother.
Monetary Loss: $960.
Preferred solution: Acknowledgement and bend over backwards for customer retention...improvement of programming and reduced subscription rate.
Netflix Cons: Overpriced and really bad programming.
