New ReviewerI got new phone service Nov of 2021 and Netflix was included in my phone bill as a package deal so I switch my account through my phone service well They kept charging me full price and still ate and I called they claim they only charged me three months this year and would only refund me one month and claimed they couldn't find anymore charges and refused to help me and said my phone co cancelled my subscription which was verified as a lie and said there promotion ran out March of this year another lie and were very rude needless to say I cancelled my account and contacted my phone co and they verified Im still subscribed and credited me most of my money back plus Netflix service is slacking and programs are being cut very disappointed with Netflix they'll rip you off always double check your account and bank statements for their full price charges which is outrageous
User's recommendation: Always check to make sure they are not overcharging you.
Netflix Pros: Decent tv shows.
Netflix Cons: Bad billing, Canceled great shows, Customer service sucks.
