Netflix - Poor Customer Service

Customer service and the website both need vast improvement. I had problems with the website not allowing me to get into my account profile to make changes.

I'd follow the prompts, and it just took me in circles back to the page I started from. None of the prepared answers helped me, so I called. I spent an hour with someone who spoke decent English, but yet I had to repeat everything several times. He kept telling me to do what I had repeatedly done before I called, and it didn't work.

He kept asking me what I needed to do. When I told him, yet again, he said I had to go back and start at the account page, which I had done each of the approximately 20 times I tried. Absolutely no help at all.

Suggestions: 1) Make your website more user-friendly, and 2) In addition to speaking English, a customer service agent needs to also understand English. This one didn't.
