Hi I'm having trouble changing the language on my account. I've searched through the settings, but I couldn't find the option.

Could you please explain how to change the language on Netflix? Thanks in advance!

To change the language on Netflix, follow these simple steps:

According to Netflix Help Center, Netflix is available in over 190 countries around the world. Each country has its own catalog of original and licensed TV shows and movies.
The country on your account can’t be changed unless you move to a new one. If you have moved recently, you should see "Traveling or moving with Netflix" for details at help.netflix.com/en/node/24853.
Using a VPN to access Netflix will hide your region and only allow you to see TV shows and movies available to all regions globally.

How can I get refund

  • Eligibility: You may not be eligible for a free trial;
  • Authorization hold: If you see a pending charge on your statement after starting a free trial, it's likely an authorization hold to make sure your payment method is valid.

Authorizations are not charges, but may temporarily affect your available balance until your bank releases the funds. You will not be charged if you cancel before your trial period ends.

According to Netflix Help Center, not all TV shows and movies are available for download, so you may see the Download icon for some titles but not others. If you don't see the Download icon for any TV shows or movies, there may be a problem with your device, or downloading may not be available on your device. Follow the steps below to fix the problem.

Android
  • Run Netflix app diagnostics;
  • Clear the Netflix app data;
  • Enable download storage;

Apple
  • Reinstall the Netflix app;

Windows 10
  • Use the Netflix app for Windows 10;
  • Update Windows;
  • Check your Windows version.

We were watching a Chinese series, 71 episodes and we are in the middle of it. Yesterday and for many months, there were Chinese subtitles for Chinese, Korean and some American programs, but suddenly, it disappeared from Netflix. Is there technical problems?

According to Netflix FAQs some TV shows may have different sources for each season's subtitles. In some cases, subtitles for seasons that Netflix has offered prior to 2018 may not be available on all devices. If you are seeing subtitles for one season but not another, try using another device to watch your desired season.

Why did the ‘RIVERDALE’ title change?

It’s just a little annoyance but me and my friends are quite upset, the normal and, dare I say, iconic title (the blue riverdale text) has changed to a basic white one that literally looks exactly like this- RIVERDALE.

According to Netflix FAQs you should select the Cancel Membership button on your Account page. You can use your account till the end of the billing period. Based on Netflix refund policy the company doesn't provide any refunds.
