They are One of many companies that are out right thieves. The have Chinks answering calls, cannot understand them.

Bad information. Won't help solve the issue. But they get their money up front first.

They should have their Federal License revoked. But Our crooked Government looks the other way, as usual.

I canceled my account because of the new plan setup. having ads with basic or having to pay almost $16 to not have ads is ridiculous.

glad they donated to Harris campaign though.

I can't login!

Netflix no longer allows me to login! I know the ID and Password are correct but it still tells me:

The login information you entered does not match an account in our records. Remember, your email address is not case-sensitive, but passwords are.

What makes it even more frustrating is that it will work on some of my devices but not others.

For example I can login in to netflix on my nintendo 3ds and ipad but I can no longer login on my laptop or iphone.

keeps telling me my password is wrong!

HELP! I know the password is right!

I was having this issue too where I was only able to log in on the x-box and laptop and what I did was I went into my account on one of the devices I was able to log into. Scroll down and under settings click on sign out all devices. It worked for me and hopefully it will help.

Guest

I had this problem, spoke to online adviser today (09/04/20) they said to reset password to one just with numbers in. I lost the chat when I went to reset password but when I logged in again with numbers as password it worked on 2 separate devices. Not sure if she had done something to my account or it will work for everyone but may be worth a shot.

Log on the phone but can not log on to tv, what is happening. Anyone from Netflix answering our concerns?

Guest

Its strange! Everything was fine.

Then suddenly I got logged out from my mobile app and website. Whenever I try to login it says "Incorrect password".

I have opened a ticket. Lets see if this issue gets resolved.

I want my funds back.

I never authorized this purchase of any sort; this couple keeps taking money from me. I can't even watch Netflix on my TV when I turn my TV on.

Taking off a really popular show

Netflix - Taking off a really popular show

My favorite show is getting taken off, and it's really popular, so why would y'all take it off? This is a show I've been watching since childhood, and y'all are just removing it.

So I please ask if y'all could keep it on and reconsider not taking it off. I would be hurt because this is the only app I can watch it on.

Deceptive Cancellation Process & Forced Reactivation Without Consent

Netflix - Deceptive Cancellation Process & Forced Reactivation Without Consent

Deceptive Cancellation Process & Forced Reactivation Without Consent

Review:

I am writing to warn consumers about Netflix's unethical subscription cancellation practices, which I experienced on October 4, 2025, from Israel. Their system is designed with manipulative traps and what appears to be a policy of reactivating accounts without user permission.

First, the cancellation interface is a deceptive "dark pattern." After you cancel, a confirmation message appears with a large clickable area and an arrow, suggesting you can click to view details.

However, clicking anywhere in this box instantly undoes your cancellation and re-subscribes you. The only "safe" part is the small "undo" link, a classic trick to trap users.

Second, and far more alarmingly, even after I successfully navigated this trap and confirmed my subscription was canceled, Netflix forcefully reactivated it 30 minutes later. I received an email and a notification informing me I was a paying member againan action taken entirely without my consent.

This is not an isolated incident. The exact same forced reactivation happened to me six months ago.

It appears to be a deliberate strategy to retain subscribers by forcing them to go through the cancellation process a second time.

This is an unacceptable, anti-consumer practice that feels less like a service and more like a scam.

Be extremely cautious when canceling. Verify multiple times and watch your email for unauthorized subscription reactivations.

Utterly atrocious customer service.

stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full stars-rating-full

Called about a simple issue, and after being given the runaround by their obtuse, unprofessional, rude staff, I ended up closing my account for good. After the horrendous unprofessional conduct of their 'customer service' staff, I told them the only way they would keep me as a customer would be a free month of service.

You don't get to treat people like garbage without consequences. The nonsensical talking point that they will listen to the call and take action against the agents is a lie. You don't have consistently bad experiences with their staff because they hold them accountable to good customer service; you have bad experiences with their staff all the time because that is their culture. The issue over a promotion to make up for what they did wasn't really something I expected since these companies believe they can treat us any way they like, and we will continue to give them our money, so I actually had my finger on the mouse to cancel the account, which was just billed for another month that day.

When you ask to speak to a supervisor, the agents argue with you and refuse to transfer the call. That is unacceptable. When I finally got the supervisor on the phone and he said they weren't allowed to offer promotions due to wasting over 2 hours of their customers' time being rude and unprofessional, I canceled the account immediately while I was on the phone. In addition, his comment that they couldn't compensate me for their conduct was untrue, so they are liars on top of everything else.

I then demanded that they refund my money for that month, and they told me they weren't able to do that either. The second lie. I'm not sure what else needs to be said beyond the fact their staff are blatant liars. They are dishonest at the core.

The company is unethical to a level I've only seen a few times before. When I told them I'm going to dispute the charge on my card with the bank, then they said they would reverse the charge and refund me for the month. Ironic how their policies and what they are able to do changes in real time. When I woke up today, I received an email asking how I was enjoying something on Netflix.

I went back to the account, and it was still open in spite of my closing it. I also noticed the money was never reimbursed for that month. I called back and again had to be hung up on twice, then spoke to one of the biggest pigs of a customer service rep I've ever spoken to, who was not only rude and unprofessional but argumentative and condescending. When I finally got to a supervisor, I told him I was going to take legal action against them, and I have done so in the past with businesses and have no problem doing it again in the future.

At this time, he processed the refund. The reason these businesses conduct themselves like this is because we tolerate it. Their garbage selection of available content isn't worth paying them to be rude to me. I will never be a customer of this company again.

For those that don't care about the way these companies treat other people, just be aware eventually it will be your turn. It may not be Netflix, but the bottom line is these companies all conduct business like this because the ignorant people in this country prioritize entertainment over ethics and values.

I was wondering how l9ng it would take for the trolls to show up and here you are. Tell me sweetheart what credentials do you possess to call anyone, let alone someone you haven't met unstable?

So let's review, I've worked in Healthcare for over 40 years. I have a professional license. I was tge former Director of the largest psychiatric assessment and referral center on the East Coast. What would he more fun is to dive into the intellectual and emotional limitations of someone who trolls complaints and comments about concerns people have they no almost nothing about.

With that in mind im going to put you with a likely double digit IQ. Presumptuous and actually irrelevant. This unstable person gets results. I doubt you do.

In fact its likely your last failed marriage had something to do with that sunshine.. or would you like me to get into specifics for everyone. You not an intelligent or serious person. You should probably stick to popup books.

They are much better suited for your intellectual limitations. Feel free to respond bit I wont respond back.

I dont cast pearls before swine. You might want to look at some medication changes as well if your Saturday morning is so empty thay trolling complaint forums is entertaining.
