I can't login!
Netflix no longer allows me to login! I know the ID and Password are correct but it still tells me:
The login information you entered does not match an account in our records. Remember, your email address is not case-sensitive, but passwords are.
What makes it even more frustrating is that it will work on some of my devices but not others.
For example I can login in to netflix on my nintendo 3ds and ipad but I can no longer login on my laptop or iphone.
keeps telling me my password is wrong!

They want to move Monday night raw wrestling to Netflix. I dont wanna see that happen because its one of my favorite wrestling.
This is Nathan Bauer . I dont want to hear it to leave on USA. USA is a great channel if youre taking away from us, I cannot record them anymore on Monday night at seven to p.m. because Monday night was a great serve for everybody to come and watch them because they have their own favorite wrestlers.
If you take them away to Netflix, we cannot see them again. Thats why will you please keep it on Monday night on USA please I know you guys have fuller house on Netflix dont take Monday night raw please my favorite show we take away because I love it

Trying to get TV Netflix without having to input all the data every time we try to watch something is insane for us older people (90). I can sign on with my iPhone almost instantly. We have not navigated the system successfully.

Two weeks ago, my account started experiencing a strange issue: all the movies went dark. I could hear audio, view the trailers, and even watch the first few minutes of a show, but then everything would just go dark. It took me hours to reach Netflix customer support, and when I finally did, the representative told me to update my browsers, restart my computer, and update iOS. I explained that I could still view trailers and parts of the movies, so the problem must be something else. However, the representative claimed to have fixed the issue and ended the chat.
I tried again. After re-explaining everything, I informed a new agent that I had updated all my software as instructed, but it didn't help. This time, he told me Netflix had restricted my account because I was traveling in France! I was shocked - no prior notification or message, and after days of me trying to reach them, and restarting, and updating my browsers and computer, they finally told me this. Their solution? Just create a new account in France. Really? I'm supposed to make a new account now and another one when I return home? And I lose all my movie lists etc.?
Of course, I was frustrated. The agent then offered to consult a manager and asked me to wait. Then he vanished - just ended the conversation.
I contacted support again, and once again, the representative told me it was a computer problem and to update my browser! I repeated what the previous agent said, but he insisted it was my device's fault and advised me to contact Apple and ended the conversation. He even sent me a guide on updating my browser and restarting my computer!
When I reached out once more, the new agent returned to saying it was due to my location in France. And as I was typing my response, the chat ended. This help desk experience couldn't have been more frustrating. Their customer support is seriously shocking. And for two weeks, I am using Netflix as a radio.
Preferred solution: My problem fixed. Appology for the time wasted. After two weeks I gave up and closed my account. Still, sad - I had Netflix since 2016.

I do not recommend purchasing anything from these people, not even through Netflix. They will literally rip you off and overdraw your account as they have done online.
They overdrew my account by $65 in just three days. I had called them two days ago stating that I wanted to end my Netflix account because I didn't have the money to pay for it. But instead, they wanted to react and keep charging my bank account $35 each time. I give them a horrible credit for it and I will never get Netflix through them again.
This is not the first time they have done this to me.
I thought that I could re-download it so my kids had something to watch but instead, they want to overdraw my account where I'm not able to pay for it due to being a single mom of two kids and having barely any income. My income only covers putting a roof over my kids' heads and getting what they need.

I asked in chat to change my account level because I didn't have the necessary funds. However, I was forced to pay before I could make any changes to the account.
When I was told in chat that the money wouldn't be refunded immediately, I asked them to leave my account as it was. They cancelled my membership anyway. I called and explained what had happened, but was told they couldn't do anything substantial as I would have to pay for a new membership. Yet, I don't have the funds for this.
I asked to speak to a manager and was rudely asked why, because their response would be the same. After requesting to speak to a manager and being put on hold for a few minutes, I was hung up on. I called back and asked once again to speak to a manager.
The manager said that even though they had messed up, there was nothing they could do. I don't believe this as all companies have the capability to fix their mistakes.

I was kidding. I could watch it on Roku anyway.
Bring it back, and if you can't immediately bring it back, then contact Sega.
But if you don't bring it back within seven weeks [that's a lie, I'll be generous and give you more time], I will make trillions of alternate accounts really quickly with an AI that will give your streaming service bad reviews until you become something way at the back of the search results and the rip-offs get better reviews than you. And I'm not illegally hacking your server, so you can't just say 'no hacking' in law to stop me because I'm not messing up your server, I'm just giving your streaming service bad reviews until nobody downloads your streaming service ever again.

Love Netflix but want a refund especially after buying it not being able to watch the fight because of heavy traffic. Its absurd that none of you ever thought how important this fight is to the world and how many people would watch.
I bet subscriptions are more than double cause of the fight you fail to deliver with satisfaction.
I bought my subscription for the fight as many others had to. It's only right that you own up to what's right and give everyone a refund who's paid their subscription on Nov 15th.

I gave up on cable years ago, and Netflix will be next. The customer service is rude.
They put you in a situation where everything is in their favor. This month, their system decided to put my account on hold even though it's on auto-pay. I paid it but kept getting an error. I finally had time to try to call them, and there was no agent.
The first representative was so rude. The second one helped me but wanted to cancel my account because I wanted a refund for December. They want to charge the full month even though their system wasn't working all month. Greedy companies like this will not last.
The screenshot shows they had my account on hold even after I paid for it. I didn't know I paid for it since I kept getting errors, and because it's over 30 days, they wouldn't refund me.

I was not happy with the chat resolution and extremely displeased with my new Netflix service that I got just today, only because I wanted to watch the Tyson fight and I couldn't watch it at all. It just kept failing on multiple devices, multiple networks.
Again all other streaming services and network connectivity as well as speed tests are flawless. The problem is only with Netflix.
User's recommendation: Do not use Netflix. It is too expensive and has incredibly bad services and resolution.

Bad information. Won't help solve the issue. But they get their money up front first.

Netflix is giving some of the money to kamala harris campaign. We closed our account. Just so everybody knows that customer service tells you to get your refund back through your bank.
I canceled my account because of the new plan setup. having ads with basic or having to pay almost $16 to not have ads is ridiculous.

I dont even have a account i was trying to set up a account. And when I put my card number in it said account confirmed it charged my card $7.55 each time but wouldn't verify my phone number.
