I can't login!

Netflix no longer allows me to login! I know the ID and Password are correct but it still tells me:

The login information you entered does not match an account in our records. Remember, your email address is not case-sensitive, but passwords are.

What makes it even more frustrating is that it will work on some of my devices but not others.

For example I can login in to netflix on my nintendo 3ds and ipad but I can no longer login on my laptop or iphone.

keeps telling me my password is wrong!

This happened to me and I figured out that I had exceeded the number of devices I could be logged into at one time. Once I logged out of the excess devices, it worked on the new one without any trouble.

I am having the same problem. I can sign in using the Android app but not through the browser (a browser I had used to login before).

I was having this issue too where I was only able to log in on the x-box and laptop and what I did was I went into my account on one of the devices I was able to log into. Scroll down and under settings click on sign out all devices. It worked for me and hopefully it will help.

I had this problem, spoke to online adviser today (09/04/20) they said to reset password to one just with numbers in. I lost the chat when I went to reset password but when I logged in again with numbers as password it worked on 2 separate devices. Not sure if she had done something to my account or it will work for everyone but may be worth a shot.

Its strange! Everything was fine.

Then suddenly I got logged out from my mobile app and website. Whenever I try to login it says "Incorrect password".

I have opened a ticket. Lets see if this issue gets resolved.

I called twice, and I also tried to chat. I got all the way through the chat and then was asked to buy a $40 membership to Just Answer in order to get help with what I need—help with being reimbursed for being double billed in July, August, September, October, and November. Then, when I canceled one payment, you won't let me back on my Netflix, and I'm still being charged for one account.

I love Netflix but the English subtitles for Shine On Me are way, way too fast. I'm a fairly fast reader, but fractions of a second for a whole sentence?

I keep having to rewind over and over, especially with the last two episodes that have aired. This is an excellent story, but I am not inclined to recommend it to friends because of this problem (it is a problem).

Please slow it down or start it a second sooner and give a full one second to the subtitles. Thank you!

The worst of it is the bank wanted me to wait for a call so I can explain to them that I have no account, so why did it take so long for reimbursement of my funds? They take money, like right up snatching it from my old fingers, shaky from the efforts of walking from a bus stop to a teller, and when it comes to taking it, they don't even ask, they just do it.

Well, they should have paid me double.

I lost out on my hammock and stand because by the time the money was returned, items sold and only small amounts at a time. What a waste of time.

Nobody answered the damn phone. The clock ran as if somebody was back there answering that phone, but nobody answered the phone, so the problem did not get resolved.

You guys do not have my permission to run my card for $30 on any account associated with my email, so do not run my card again because you do not have permission. I'm tired of you sending my bank account the whole 30 damn dollars. Spectrum pays for my account, and you guys won't even let me log in using my credentials for Spectrum. Instead, do you want to keep charging my *** card $30 a month?
