I not only did not get help. It totally screwed up my whole TV. Now I don’t have TV.

I have been on the phone for over an hour. First with one person and I was disconnected. I called back was told to do the same thing the first person told me to do now I dont have any TV! I had absolutely everything on TV except Netflix, Im pretty frustrated and upset. It would be better to tell me you couldnt help me than screw the whole thing up.

I dont even have a account i was trying to set up a account. And when I put my card number in it said account confirmed it charged my card $7.55 each time but wouldn't verify my phone number.

I can't login!

Netflix no longer allows me to login! I know the ID and Password are correct but it still tells me:

The login information you entered does not match an account in our records. Remember, your email address is not case-sensitive, but passwords are.

What makes it even more frustrating is that it will work on some of my devices but not others.

For example I can login in to netflix on my nintendo 3ds and ipad but I can no longer login on my laptop or iphone.

keeps telling me my password is wrong!

This happened to me and I figured out that I had exceeded the number of devices I could be logged into at one time. Once I logged out of the excess devices, it worked on the new one without any trouble.

I am having the same problem. I can sign in using the Android app but not through the browser (a browser I had used to login before).

Logged into 2 devices but computer says password is wrong. Reset 3 times but after a few hours I get the same message. Rubbish to have such a stupid problem on such a large platform

In September of last year, I paid for a month's subscription, the one for $6.99. However, in the month of November, out of nowhere, they started charging me $16.99.

I tried calling them but could never get the correct number. A few days ago, I called because while looking through the Netflix site, I found a number to call. I spoke to someone who assured me I would be reimbursed the difference, but only for one month because I did not call them to change the plan.

I explained that the plan should have stayed as I paid for it, $6.99 a month. I also forgot to ask why, for the past few months, they shut off my Netflix before it is even due, asking for payment a week and at times almost two weeks before it is due.

Netflix should have made my bank aware that the additional money being taken from my account was not associated with their company. I ended up having to block the Netflix bill pay after paying $2.11 extra every month. I have had Netflix since 2017. Nice way to value your customers.

Through this email, I would like to make a complaint regarding the change of plan which in my opinion is an unscrupulous marketing practice. Yesterday, I was watching one of my favorite series when a message suggesting a change of package appeared on the screen.

to reduce costs while integrating 4 minutes of advertising. I wanted to know more about this plan but also about the other options believing that Netflix would be clear and explain the different options before signing up. I had the unpleasant surprise in two clicks of joining the package with advertising and losing my old package. I immediately called customer service to request and find my package.

As indicated in the message, the package no longer exists, no going back possible. I'm trapped.

I am deeply disappointed with this manipulative practice. The membership message is not clear and does not give the customer the opportunity to avoid making a mistake. This is a fraudulent practice.

I did the same exercise on a platform of one of your competitors. Before accepting, there was a clear message: Are you sure, this step is final!

I have been a Netflix customer for many years. I'm sure several customers have been fooled. You are tricking people into signing up for more expensive plans.

Netflix makes billions in profit every year thanks to many loyal subscribers. We deserve to have healthy marketing practices.

I really have the feeling that I have been manipulated and that your company has calculated well through this practice. From you, I expect a commercial gesture. I don't want to pay more than my old plan, which was $9.99, and I don't want advertising.

To date, you have lost a customer because I completely unsubscribed from the platform. I wouldn't hesitate to go to your competitors either. This story deserves to be known and read by other Netflix members on social media or in newspapers in order to protect them. You could then avoid losing other loyal customers.

Hier, je regardais une de mes séries préférées lorsqu' un message de proposition de changement de forfait est apparu à lécran. pour réduire les coûts tout en intégrant 4 min de publicité. J'ai voulu en savoir plus sur ce plan mais aussi sur les autres options croyant que Netflix allait être clair et expliquer les différentes options avant dadhérer. Jai eu la mauvaise surprise en deux cliques dadhérer au forfait avec publicité et de perdre mon ancien forfait.

Jappelle de suite le service à la clientèle pour réclamer et retrouver mon forfait. Tel quindiqué dans le message, le forfait nexiste plus, pas de retour en arrière possible. Je suis piégée.

Je suis profondément déçue de cette pratique manipulative. Le message dadhésion nest pas clair et ne donne pas la possibilité au client de ne pas se tromper.

Cest une pratique frauduleuse. Jai fait le même exercice sur une plateforme dun de vos compétiteurs. Avant daccepter, il y a eu un message clair : Êtes-vous sûre, cette étape est définitive!

Cela fait de nombreuses années que je suis cliente chez Netflix. Je suis certaine que plusieurs clients se sont fait avoir.

Vous trompez les gens à adhérer à des forfaits plus chers. Netflix fait des milliards de bénéfice chaque année grâce à de nombreux abonnés fidèles, Nous méritons davoir des pratiques marketing saines.

Jai vraiment le sentiment de mêtre faite manipulée et avoir par cette pratique bien calculé de votre entreprise. De votre part, je mattends à avoir un geste commercial. Je ne veux pas payer plus cher que mon ancien forfait, soit 9,99$ et je ne veux pas de publicité.

À ce jour, vous avez perdu une cliente car je me suis totalement désabonnée de la plateforme. Je n'hésiterais pas non plus à aller chez vos concurrents.

Cette histoire mérite dêtre connue et lue par dautres membres de Netflix sur les médias sociaux ou dans les journaux afin de les protéger. Vous pourriez alors éviter de perdre dautres clients fidèles.

Cancelling your account and then resuming it after it goes past the expiry date does the same thing you experienced. I was paying $9.99 for their service with no ads and probably didn't watch it 8 or 10 times per year. Now they are trying to stick it to me for $16.49 for the same thing, going elsewhere.

I received an email stating that my account has expired to renew my account for 90days free. When I filled out the request it wouldnt let me submit; I tried twice! So I proceeded to retrieve a phone number from google I had me fill out my name number and email as well as reason for calling then gave me the option to call. When I called it stated it was the wrong number! Im super upset!

High call volume my *** I just want to talk about renewing my all time favorite show, The Chilling Adventures of Sabrina, a show that is truly a masterpiece and NEEDS to be renewed for at the very least, 1 more season to finish up the storyline and give the show a well deserved ending that Covid (among everything else) has ruined. Please, im desperate for this show to be finished, Id write/film it for FREE if thats the concern.
