Problem loading mo ie or shows

Movies or shows gets up to twenty percent and then stop loading. I have tried installing Netflix and reinstalling. Netflix, and it still is giving me issues where it won't load the movie or so.

They are One of many companies that are out right thieves. The have Chinks answering calls, cannot understand them.

I canceled my account because of the new plan setup. having ads with basic or having to pay almost $16 to not have ads is ridiculous.

I can't login!

Netflix no longer allows me to login! I know the ID and Password are correct but it still tells me:

The login information you entered does not match an account in our records. Remember, your email address is not case-sensitive, but passwords are.

What makes it even more frustrating is that it will work on some of my devices but not others.

For example I can login in to netflix on my nintendo 3ds and ipad but I can no longer login on my laptop or iphone.

keeps telling me my password is wrong!

This happened to me and I figured out that I had exceeded the number of devices I could be logged into at one time. Once I logged out of the excess devices, it worked on the new one without any trouble.

I am having the same problem. I can sign in using the Android app but not through the browser (a browser I had used to login before).

I was having this issue too where I was only able to log in on the x-box and laptop and what I did was I went into my account on one of the devices I was able to log into. Scroll down and under settings click on sign out all devices. It worked for me and hopefully it will help.

I had this problem, spoke to online adviser today (09/04/20) they said to reset password to one just with numbers in. I lost the chat when I went to reset password but when I logged in again with numbers as password it worked on 2 separate devices. Not sure if she had done something to my account or it will work for everyone but may be worth a shot.

Its strange! Everything was fine.

Then suddenly I got logged out from my mobile app and website. Whenever I try to login it says "Incorrect password".

I have opened a ticket. Lets see if this issue gets resolved.

This company is just money hungry. Someone made an account with their information and then used my bank account to pay for the account.

I paid it a week and three days ago. So I go to watch my show and my account wanted another payment. I call Netflix and find out that my bank account was the only thing linked to the account. Today is my birthday and I asked for a month free for the inconvenience, and I was denied.

How rude. I never ask for a hand out. Was my account fixed and updated? - yes but however it would really break your back account to give 1 month free for 8.00 ...

I am taking this to social media which I have 2 million viewers on my account, and I am going to see what others have to say about all of this as I have taken screenshots and screen recording. If you care I'd appreciate a phone call to discuss this matter and this message is date time and stamped as of June 25, 2025, at 6:52 am Eastern time.

Not happy have not used my account in months. I use and although I pay $11 each month thru T-mobile my card debit card was charged $7.99.

When I review my history it shows T-mobile pays.

Please refund the additional charge.

This is why I havent watched in months petty discrepancies that cause me to waste time fixing. Not worth uding service!!

They gave my account after receiving a fake story from another email address. They proceeded to change the email on my account without anything but an email to me with the chat record.

I must have had my password leaked somehow.

I was told they couldn't reverse the change when I got ahold of customer service after I got off work. I'm not impressed.

To start a refund process, ensure you were charged incorrectly after canceling your subscription or during a free trial, and contact Netflix customer service at 888-638-3549 or via the support page and provide evidence that you were wrongfully charged.

To log into your netflix.com account on a web browser, click the Sign In button in the top right corner of the website’s homepage and enter your email or phone number and password.
To access the Netflix account login page via the app, open it on your device, tap the Sign In link, and enter your credentials.

Netflix no longer offers a free trial. However, you can sign up and cancel your subscription anytime if you decide it’s not for you. There are no contracts, cancellation fees, or commitments.

If Netflix isn’t working, you can try several options. First, check the internet connection. Next, make sure you have the latest version of the Netflix app installed and try to clear its cache and data. You can also visit the Netflix Help Center or check social media to see if Netflix is experiencing a service outage. If the methods offered above appear inaffactive, try to reinstall the app. If you encounter specific error codes, you can enter them on the Netflix Help Center for more tailored solutions.
