I can't login!
Netflix no longer allows me to login! I know the ID and Password are correct but it still tells me:
The login information you entered does not match an account in our records. Remember, your email address is not case-sensitive, but passwords are.
What makes it even more frustrating is that it will work on some of my devices but not others.
For example I can login in to netflix on my nintendo 3ds and ipad but I can no longer login on my laptop or iphone.
keeps telling me my password is wrong!

All of a sudden I cant sign on to Netflix saying I have a vpn or proxy turned on. They could not help me and said call cable company, which I did and they were no help.
All in my iPad.

To whom it may concern, my name is Dawn Mcleod I am writing this email to inform your company headquarters that your System Generated Sales Tax is incorrect!! I live in Orlando Florida, the sales tax for Oramge county Florida is 6.5%.
Your System Generated Sales Tax is charging me $1.02 for tax. That is12.8% I do not know what state and county charges that much sales tax, but I can guarantee I would absolutely never live in a county that chares that much sales tax!! I tried to rectify the error that your company has been over charging me for years, however I was unsuccessful due to the fact that your employees are unable to make the appropriate changes on their end, so I was told multiple times today! Since your company has been over charging me for years and is inable or unwilling to make the appropriate changes for the coumty to which I live, I will no longer be a member of your company after April 25 when my subscription is completed!
It is quite sad that your company is loosing a loyal customer for multiple years over a difference of $.50 That just confounding to me. By the way apparenty your System Generated Sales Tax apparently is not able to do math correctly! Because of that your company has been ripping customer offfor years!! I myself am on a fix income on disability due to injuries I sustained during active duty.
If this is how you treat your customers, then I have no desire to be any part of you company! Just FYI $7.99

A few days ago, on January 30, I got a notification that someone tried to change the email on my Netflix account. I hadn't used or recharged my account since July 2024, so this immediately felt suspicious.
I didn't think too much of it at first, but today, things got worse.
This morning, February 1, I checked my bank account and saw a $2.99 charge labeled 5F516A Netflix.com Los Gatos. I never made that payment. I haven't even been using Netflix for months, so why was I being charged? That's when it really hit me someone had actually gained access to my account.
And then, something even weirder happened.
I noticed that Netflix's website and all the emails I received from them had suddenly switched to Arabic. I never changed my language settings, so clearly, someone else did.
At this point, I'm beyond frustrated. How did someone get into my account? Why was I charged money for something I didn't authorize?
And why was my account being altered without my knowledge? This isn't just a small issue it's a serious security problem.
I've already reached out to Netflix, demanding that they investigate, refund my money, and restore my account settings. But honestly, this whole thing has made me question how safe our accounts really are. If this can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.
So if you have a Netflix account, please check your emails, monitor your transactions, and make sure your security settings are strong.
If something seems off, act fast.

Verified ReviewerStill can't use my Netflix to watch shows, now I have to wait 3 days for them to figure out the problem... Netflix just trying to get more money saying if I upgrade my plan it will fix the issue.
Keeps saying I'm using a VPN or proxy server when I'm not using either one, I checked for VPN's, I reset my network settings and I'm still getting this message.
As you can see from the screenshots I have neither a VPN or a proxy so it's Netflix not my phone.

You guys keep increasing my monthly payment without a notice. I expressed my concern to the customer service representative, but she refused to believe that I don’t get any notification changing the price of my Netflix account.
She was a bit rude and she didn’t try to solve the problem, she went directly to. “I’m going to cancel your account” Without giving me options, I was the one asking
I got kicked out of the call. I've been trying to get a hold of Netflix for a few months now. There is a joke special in customer service.

Good morning, I have received information that the email address for my account has changed. I never asked for it, so I suspect the data was stolen.
My subscription is paid together with telecommunication services, Internet, TV through the PLAY operator, and all payments are up to date. Now, when logging into my account Jumbo871@***.com, instead of being able to view content, I am asked to register and select a rate plan. But it's already paid.
How can we solve this?

I canceled my account because of the new plan setup. having ads with basic or having to pay almost $16 to not have ads is ridiculous.
