They are One of many companies that are out right thieves. The have Chinks answering calls, cannot understand them.

Bad information. Won't help solve the issue. But they get their money up front first.

I canceled my account because of the new plan setup. having ads with basic or having to pay almost $16 to not have ads is ridiculous.

I can't login!

Netflix no longer allows me to login! I know the ID and Password are correct but it still tells me:

The login information you entered does not match an account in our records. Remember, your email address is not case-sensitive, but passwords are.

What makes it even more frustrating is that it will work on some of my devices but not others.

For example I can login in to netflix on my nintendo 3ds and ipad but I can no longer login on my laptop or iphone.

keeps telling me my password is wrong!

This happened to me and I figured out that I had exceeded the number of devices I could be logged into at one time. Once I logged out of the excess devices, it worked on the new one without any trouble.

I am having the same problem. I can sign in using the Android app but not through the browser (a browser I had used to login before).

I was having this issue too where I was only able to log in on the x-box and laptop and what I did was I went into my account on one of the devices I was able to log into. Scroll down and under settings click on sign out all devices. It worked for me and hopefully it will help.

I had this problem, spoke to online adviser today (09/04/20) they said to reset password to one just with numbers in. I lost the chat when I went to reset password but when I logged in again with numbers as password it worked on 2 separate devices. Not sure if she had done something to my account or it will work for everyone but may be worth a shot.

Its strange! Everything was fine.

Then suddenly I got logged out from my mobile app and website. Whenever I try to login it says "Incorrect password".

I have opened a ticket. Lets see if this issue gets resolved.

All of a sudden I cant sign on to Netflix saying I have a vpn or proxy turned on. They could not help me and said call cable company, which I did and they were no help.

All in my iPad.

To whom it may concern, my name is Dawn Mcleod I am writing this email to inform your company headquarters that your System Generated Sales Tax is incorrect!! I live in Orlando Florida, the sales tax for Oramge county Florida is 6.5%.

Your System Generated Sales Tax is charging me $1.02 for tax. That is12.8% I do not know what state and county charges that much sales tax, but I can guarantee I would absolutely never live in a county that chares that much sales tax!! I tried to rectify the error that your company has been over charging me for years, however I was unsuccessful due to the fact that your employees are unable to make the appropriate changes on their end, so I was told multiple times today! Since your company has been over charging me for years and is inable or unwilling to make the appropriate changes for the coumty to which I live, I will no longer be a member of your company after April 25 when my subscription is completed!

It is quite sad that your company is loosing a loyal customer for multiple years over a difference of $.50 That just confounding to me. By the way apparenty your System Generated Sales Tax apparently is not able to do math correctly! Because of that your company has been ripping customer offfor years!! I myself am on a fix income on disability due to injuries I sustained during active duty.

If this is how you treat your customers, then I have no desire to be any part of you company! Just FYI $7.99

× 6.5% is $.51 my bill should only be $8.50.

Yes, your sales tax rate is 6.5%. The remaining tax is Florida’s Communication Service Tax, 7.44%, passed in 2001. Then Governor Jeb Bush and his state legislature thanks you for paying the additional tax.

* my bad, the tax is a little over 5%.(in addition to the 6.5% sales tax). 7.44% was the recent monthly increase for some plans.

I need to share something that happened to me recently with Netflix because its honestly alarming, and I think people should be aware.

A few days ago, on January 30, I got a notification that someone tried to change the email on my Netflix account. I hadn't used or recharged my account since July 2024, so this immediately felt suspicious.

I didn't think too much of it at first, but today, things got worse.

This morning, February 1, I checked my bank account and saw a $2.99 charge labeled 5F516A Netflix.com Los Gatos. I never made that payment. I haven't even been using Netflix for months, so why was I being charged? That's when it really hit me someone had actually gained access to my account.

And then, something even weirder happened.

I noticed that Netflix's website and all the emails I received from them had suddenly switched to Arabic. I never changed my language settings, so clearly, someone else did.

At this point, I'm beyond frustrated. How did someone get into my account? Why was I charged money for something I didn't authorize?

And why was my account being altered without my knowledge? This isn't just a small issue it's a serious security problem.

I've already reached out to Netflix, demanding that they investigate, refund my money, and restore my account settings. But honestly, this whole thing has made me question how safe our accounts really are. If this can happen to me, it can happen to anyone.

So if you have a Netflix account, please check your emails, monitor your transactions, and make sure your security settings are strong.

If something seems off, act fast.

I never thought this would happen to me, but here I am, dealing with a hacked account and unauthorized charges. Netflix needs to do better.

Same thing happened to me but I caught my within a day. Netflix use to be good but now they have to many things happening.

You better keep monitoring your bank account. Someone may have your banking info and is checking to see if a payment is accepted.

Scammers initially do this with a few dollar charge. It could be coincidence that you happened to be a Netflix customer.

I had a problem with my Netflix account yesterday when I renewed after being gone for several months and got thru to their customer service number almost immediately. If you suspect someone else is using your account, log into Netflix, click on the blue smiley face box in the top right hand corner.

Click Account, scroll down to the 4th choice and click on manage access and devices. You will then see everywhere your account is logged into. Click to log out of all devices, Log back in and change your password to something completely different. I'd also change the password of the email address you use to log in.

I've no idea what the $2.99 charge is for. Los Gatos is the city in California where Netflix's corporate office is located.

I sometimes get a small charge of $1 or $2 from Netflix when I rejoin, but it falls off. You can contact Netflix by phone to ask what the charge is.

Keeps saying I'm using a VPN or proxy server when I'm not using either one, I checked for VPN's, I reset my network settings and I'm still getting this message.

As you can see from the screenshots I have neither a VPN or a proxy so it's Netflix not my phone.

Good morning, I have received information that the email address for my account has changed. I never asked for it, so I suspect the data was stolen.

My subscription is paid together with telecommunication services, Internet, TV through the PLAY operator, and all payments are up to date. Now, when logging into my account Jumbo871@***.com, instead of being able to view content, I am asked to register and select a rate plan. But it's already paid.

How can we solve this?
