Just cancel Netflix and move to another provider. Netflix is an arrogant and abusive corporation. They treat Seniir Citizens like trash, and vets ans the disabled.
I am a member since 2008! I am a 68-year-old, disabled, senior citizen, on SNAP benefits.
Your competitors, Disney+, Prime, Peacock, and Apple+, all have offered me discounted services. Yet, when I call your customer service, the first time, I was hung up on for asking the operator to repeat herself. The second operator tells me, 'Netflix would rather I cancel than give me a discount.' That seems harsh, to say the least.
Netflix, I have been with your service since you delivered DVDs. Please, offer me a discount on my UHD service, as I can no longer afford your $25 monthly fee and would rather not downgrade my services.

I can't login!

What makes it even more frustrating is that it will work on some of my devices but not others.

I was charged twice by Netflix this month. On 4/27/2026, I saw two charges: one for my subscription, which I have paid $9.97, but then I saw an extra charge of $25.00 on my Redstone card.
I only have one Netflix account under selvincontrerassicaz@***.com.
I did not authorize the second charge. Please refund the duplicate charge of $[amount] immediately and confirm that I will not be double-charged going forward.

Charged after cancellation
- The agent named Tana was rude and talked over me.
- I asked for a supervisor; I wasn't heard, and I got a refund of $8.99.
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with partial refund.
She didn't let me talk and explain what happened. She kept over-talking me and being very rude. When I told her to be nice and have etiquette, she put me on hold and came back to the phone. I told her I no longer wanted to speak to her because of her attitude and tone of voice.
I told her I would like a supervisor to handle the situation because she was being disrespectful for no reason.
She still proceeded to over-talk me, and rudely said she was going to refund me for the cancellation. It left me confused, but glad I was able to get a refund of $8.99.

In Feb 2026, I thought I could add a new member to my premium Netflix account. When I realised that would incur an additional cost of $7.98 per extra member, I quickly remove the additional member without deleting that extra slot (no assignment of additional member to that extra slot!
As a result, I have been charged an extra $7.98 unknowingly since then even though I did not assign a new/additional member to that extra slot.
I only realise only when I received a SMS about card payment issues with my Netflix account. I would appreciate if you could rectify this discrepancy.by refunding my excess payments for the past months since Feb 2026

My daughter moved house and had difficulties to re-establish connection/service with Netflix and eventually I had to add her as additional slot/member and got charged $7.98 additionally over and above my Premium subscription fee! I have been double charged for months. I was unable to speak to a human.
I got a chat AI . Frustrating, for atleast 4 months I have been dealing with this. I have been paying through my Verizon plan,also to Netflix directly. The payment was forced through and it put my account in arrears, overdraft charges for every item that bounced back.
$35 a pop. 140 worth. My bank will not rectify and says to take it up with you. I have no resolution.
