I can't login!
Netflix no longer allows me to login! I know the ID and Password are correct but it still tells me:
The login information you entered does not match an account in our records. Remember, your email address is not case-sensitive, but passwords are.
What makes it even more frustrating is that it will work on some of my devices but not others.
For example I can login in to netflix on my nintendo 3ds and ipad but I can no longer login on my laptop or iphone.
keeps telling me my password is wrong!

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They actually didn't do anything, I was able to finally figure out what was wrong with it and fixed it myself.
My ongoing issue with them is when I first get into the app and try to look for something to watch or start to watch something, it freezes . I have to log out and start all over. It just gets annoying to have to go through that every single time you wanna watch something.
I don't understand why. None of my other channels or sites do that.
Preferred solution: Be able to watch Netflix on the TV that is in the same room I am in.. I don't think that's a lot to ask for. Don't want to watch it in every room at the same time.

The cost of Netflix on Senior Budgets
My complaint is about the new cost of Netflix on Senior Budgets, and how unfair that those cost on us who have have been forgotten as low income people surviving on low income and Netflix Screenings. Seniors customers, who have continued to supported Netflix, the inception.
It is unfair to disregard seniors, as Netflix, take leaps and bounds to grow and eliminated a large portion of the American Population who continue to support Netflix as prices continue to surge on Senior budgets. This is a constant reminder of greed on low income who would like to continue to watch Netflix without Ads. Even back when it started out at $6, without with sharing with family and friends who could not afford Netflix, at all.
But now at $15.95, or settles with Ads, for $7.55. We come a long way and there is nothing to show for it!.
