Any special prices for people that are in hardship due to Covid

otherwise customer service person was helpful and knowledgeable. I feel that there should be a MAX of 100 letters Because I really didnt have much to say so think about changing that OK to whatever number of Max letters you want. you have a good day thank you

Ur worker wasn't able to take of me,no else was there to help me,yeah it did *** me off,so I cancelled she was able to do that real quick.

Fund the lady who I spoke to an question her bout the situation my recommendation is hire people who know what their doing to help the customer.

Can’t go from tv to tv in same house

What you can do is when you want to go to a different TV. Makes sure you exit app before turning off the tv.

Netflix customer service was more than helpful they help me reset personal information due to the fact that it wasn't updated and I didn't have access to the old information it took a little while but it was well worth it and I'm very pleased to say that they did a great job I appreciate all of the team members that help me out today thank you Netflix

Nothing I'm very pleased with my service

Can’t play Netflix in my Apple cellphone.

Summer from customer service is too articulate to speak English upon assisting me. It doesnt feel like shes sincere and has compassion while talking to me. Summer didnt solve the issue I brought up to Netflix.

Overcharged

Charged $21 for several months. I did not upgrade to that. I signed up for the $14:a month. I should be reimbursed the difference for all the months I was over charged.

Complaint was resolved it was usps responsible for the delay with my order

I was being charged for prime in which I never ordered it. To begin with I was Bing charged $14 A month . Then recently I noticed that $21 was being taken out of my account. I searched it back and saw $21 was taken out for several months. I should be reimbursed the difference between the $14 and the $21

Saying someone else is using my account

I have had to delete this person 4 more times. I'm not sure how to make it more secure. I was not told how to keep this person from getting into my account and adding themselves to my account.
