I dont even have a account i was trying to set up a account. And when I put my card number in it said account confirmed it charged my card $7.55 each time but wouldn't verify my phone number.

I can't login!

Netflix no longer allows me to login! I know the ID and Password are correct but it still tells me:

The login information you entered does not match an account in our records. Remember, your email address is not case-sensitive, but passwords are.

What makes it even more frustrating is that it will work on some of my devices but not others.

For example I can login in to netflix on my nintendo 3ds and ipad but I can no longer login on my laptop or iphone.

keeps telling me my password is wrong!

HELP! I know the password is right!

Same bloody problem with my playstation, which until this morning was logged in on problem

This happened to me and I figured out that I had exceeded the number of devices I could be logged into at one time. Once I logged out of the excess devices, it worked on the new one without any trouble.

I am having the same problem. I can sign in using the Android app but not through the browser (a browser I had used to login before).

Logged into 2 devices but computer says password is wrong. Reset 3 times but after a few hours I get the same message. Rubbish to have such a stupid problem on such a large platform

I was having this issue too where I was only able to log in on the x-box and laptop and what I did was I went into my account on one of the devices I was able to log into. Scroll down and under settings click on sign out all devices. It worked for me and hopefully it will help.

I had this problem, spoke to online adviser today (09/04/20) they said to reset password to one just with numbers in. I lost the chat when I went to reset password but when I logged in again with numbers as password it worked on 2 separate devices. Not sure if she had done something to my account or it will work for everyone but may be worth a shot.

Every single time I want to watch this stupid app Im having to go through the verification. You charge 19.99 a month for this crap, add hardly any new content worth watching and then harass me with this household verification bulls$$t every single time I go to log in.

I will not be renewing my account with your garbage service ever again. Ive been a subscriber since you put blockbuster out of business but I guess a long term customer just doesnt matter anymore so Ill take my money and go somewhere like max that actually has new and good content and is always improving its selection.

Rates a 1 - not sure why shows 2.

Don't I have been a customer for 6 years. Due to unforseen circumstances had to downgrade my package.

Before the change was even supposed to go into effect once I made the change to lower priced package (good quality with ads) we were unable to watch anything on Netflix -- it will either not load or will glitch completely within 20-30 seconds or less & stays frozen from there on. It does not start playing right at any point - no matter how long you sit there or even if you restart it does the same thing - glitch & freeze. I am very disappointed by this. This was going to be a temporary change but have canceled Netflix completely now.

They offer a variety of packages so you should be able to purchase any package & still use the service. Use Paramount, Hulu, Peacock, or any other platform because they don't care what package you buy you are still provided your service. For 6 years I have subscribed to a Netflix package of great quality, no ads, multiple screens but now after 6 years needing to change temporarily I'm unable to use it even tho I I'm paying for it. I just want people to be aware how Netflix treats their customers even after many years & want those that are on budget know you will screwed.

I don't like leaving bad reviews but this has been going on for a week -- ANYTIME I try to use it on anyone one of the 3 TVs in my house it can't be watched.

At 1st thought it was a fluke but after trying multiple times, multiple shows, on multiple TVs for over week - it's definitely no fluke! SO disappointed with Netflix!

You deleted teen wolf

i loved the show teen wolf and now i cant find it. why did you delete it from Netflix want to my tv show and put season 3 on there. a lot of people what to see season 3 it was the best part so far.if you don't put it back on there a lot of people will stop watching Netflix and they will find some thing else to watch in steed of Netflix.i loved watching Netflix until i logged on one day and saw that my favorite tv show was gone.i have ben sad ever sense then

The representative acted like he wanted me to cancel my service after being with Netflix for so many years and purchasing stock in Netflix.
