Closed captions on Netflix

Closed captions on Netflix
Because of accents that we cant grasp we like the closed captions but quite often we cant see them because the background is white with while lettering. Why cant Netflix do like other networks, the closed captioning is shown in a black bubble so we can always see the words.

Go to your Netflix profile settings and you can change everything from the Font, Color and Shadowing of CC.

Charges

Netflix raised the rate without telling me three times and just pulled it out of my account, even if they did send me an email let me know I never authorized they shouldve asked.

User's recommendation: Let them know you do not give permission for them to just take out whatever they want them your account.

Remove my service

YDoesn't have money. Lost my job. Can't afford it right now. Will get back when find another job. My brother watched instead of me. It kept him company. I got it for him. He no longer needs it. He is getting married. I don't watch tv its boring. Its a wast of time and money. I can get something out of life then watch tv

Cannot get Netflix to load every day

For the past month getting Netflix to load on our TV has been hit or miss. One night it loads the next it doesn't. So we called for help. The guy sounded like he was in his backyard with his kids. Totally did not pay attention to our problem. Wanted us to shut down the Xfinity box and "re-boot". My husband explained that the TV is able to load Hulu, Disney all other platforms except Netflix so rebooting would not solve the issue. The guy sounded stoned and offered NO HELP AT ALL . We hung up out of frustration. We're paying for a service that does not work. Netflix FRAUD!!

Status of account

Used a gift card for receiving DVDs but not sure when it will or has expired. Thought I would have gotten a notice from Netflix regarding status. Will not use again if I dont have a reply.

I want to Cancel my account and it wont let me. Ridiculous. Your rates are to high and your customer service is non existent. Hows that for more letters

Movies have an agenda. Make conservatives look bad
