Says my payment isn't due until August 1,2022
MY BILLING DATE HAS ALWAYS BEEN THE FIRST OF THE MONTH,BUT THEY WAITED UNTIL THE 2ND. NOT HAPPY and think they should pay attention to billing dates,because my last bill was paid June 1,2022,but they tried to tell me my billing date is for the 2nd of every moth.

Poor customer service. They actually hang up on you if you asking them to clarify their explanation.. they are vague,abrupt and skirt around any reasonable question or concern. They will tell you they
don't know the exact amount you will be charged AND they won't take your phone number so they can call you back if you're disconnected. (hung up on) . Very upsetting and extremely bad service.

No one answered me and yes im PISSED OFF trying to get in touch with a REAL PERSON. If i want to keep texting someone that really is not a goid way for a company to work.
I have been receiving mag on my email for a Barbara. There is only three people in this house my granddaughter not yet 18 yrs old grandson not yet 12 years old and myself. None whose name is Barbara and none of are names begin with the letter B.

I want to cancel my subscription when it runs out this month
They don't have good movies on the movies they have on you can have it on a regular cable channel so what you watching for money you could be watching for free and I asked him to cancel my subscription maybe 2 months or so but they kept billinge and this stuff I got to go through right now all I'm trying to do is cancel my subscription

Taking criminal minds off netflix
Criminal Minds is the only show my ADHD allows me to watch. If you take this show off Netflix yall are some *** I will be deleting my account and starting a petition to get others to delete their accounts as well. The only reason I stayed with Netflix through rising prices was due to this show. Im sure many others agree, because aside from this show, your content is garbage. You guys literally have a movie where a girl has a *** for a mouth but you gotta take away my only peace. Im going to be a main character in the next season because you YOUR ACTIONS

I tried to get some customer service online and you want me to pay for it ... its not the one dollar... its the fact that you will have my credit card # and after charge 46. 00 per month ......
This is customer service ... i should have to pay anything for it ... I guess this is part of the reason people are leaving Netflix.

Worst selection of movies and getting worse. Same old thing. Showed good quality recently released films. Not any more and price keeps going up to see trash foreign films.
