Insatiable three season

Hello, I understand that insatiable was cancelled due to a petition stating that it was a sensitive issue for those with eating disorders. I myself have struggles with that, but I would say that the show greatly helped me and represented how bullying can lead to mental health issues. If there is any way to bring the show back, at least for a season three I think that would make a lot of people very happy. I read comments from the petition trying to get the show back, and a lot of them have expressed that its helped them as well. Thank you for your time. Best regards, Kourtney

User's recommendation: Make sure before you start watching a show that there’s a conclusion to the story. It’s very upsetting to be left on a cliffhanger.

Unauthorized Charges on my bill

After reviewing a bank statement I learned that Netflix charged my account the last 3 months without my consent and had no knowledge . This is the second time this has occurred and can't seem to figure out how my credit card information was obtained. What I don't understand is in order to cancel service, I am forced to provide my credit card information when that is the last thing I should be doing after seeing unauthorized charges.

Tried 17 times to join Netflix by phone. Never could even get a person to answer the phone or a robot to take my credit card. No wonder Netflix is losing money. Whoever their IT person is should be FIRED!

WAY TO DARK. ALL SHOWS ARE DO DIM

For some reason when I watch Netflix either in my 65 inch TV, or my S22 ultra, the picture is way to dark. Especially on my phone. The brightness bar is all the way up. I've trouble shooted so much, and read thru all sorts of different forums for a solution, but the picture is still TO DARK. When it's a dark show, like stranger things, it is literally impossible to watch.

Dissatisfaction

I don't use Netlix every day, but want it to work when I try to use it. I frequently have connection issues remaining unsolved. The last service advisor told me to contact TV manufacturer as Netflix couldn't resolve my non-connection issue.

New customers pre authorization payments being charged two charges when first opening acct

Was charged twice for same subscription when opening new acct. eventually it will kick the one pre auth back but no reason to b charged twice for same thing

I spent a hr so far was asked if I wanted live agent be 2 min wait I said yes am never had anything but computer. Then online, not says I should be able to use PayPal but won't hook up or even bring list it. ,Service is getting crappier and price's going up? What *** ? Are hey even trying
