Had to have tech services walk me through Reconnecting to Netflix tv program. It took 20 minutes on phone to correct.

I want to close my subscription as I am going to usa for 6 months

I will not be at home as I will be in usa and I may not return after 6 months there I will watch the programs and Netflix also on their tv and laptop .hence there is no need to keep the membership here .I hope you understand and cancel the membership.As for as using the Netflix I enjoyed a lot there was some recommendation for certain movies which helped in selection .

I like the fast service

I like fast service and prompt customer friendly staff there is no static clear picture and Audio they explain in the next Nan as that they can to help us understand excellent clarity and communication with them. Overall I'm A happy customer my representative help me through all the details and I think that that was excellent to help me learn how to do it to get my picture on my screen Netflix. Money

Great Content but Few & Far Inbetween

Price has been raised to HBO Max status & HBO has always been more of a premium streaming service. I do not subscribe to HBO or HBO Max. Love love love Netflix original series & movies however Ive noticed many series are done at four seasons and to bring a second season back is taking longer than originally hoped/announced. At the moment there is no content on that we are interested in. However we will return in the future.

I just lost the Netflix app from the TV screen. Couldn't get it back. Googled Netflix to get phone number. All good now. Thanks I didn't know this was pissed off phone number. But it's funny. Made me laugh LOL

Updating of credit card details

I have tried repeatedly to update my payment details from the emails received from Netflix. However, on every occasion I do not receive the code that you send at the end of the update procedure. The correct phone number to send the code to is +278********

The customer service representative talked to fast. Seemed very eager to get off the phone. Did not explain things very well. Said something that insinuated that I wasn't capable of taking care of the situation myself which if she would have slowed down and explained things to me in a manner to where I could have understood their would not have been a problem. Then she abruptly ended the call.

Netflix raised the rate without telling me three times and just pulled it out of my account, even if they did send me an email let me know I never authorized they shouldve asked.

He is getting married. I don't watch tv its boring. Its a wast of time and money. I can get something out of life then watch tv
