Superior Support!

The young man was extremely knowledgeable and resolved my issue in minutes! That said, when I dialed the number on line and called, I listened to at least 10 sales ploys and completed that process only to get a recorded message telling me I had to call another number. That number was the SAME! After searching further, I located a real Netflix CS Rep. you desperately need to make the contact process far less painful! If you read this entire message, feel free to reach out and I can share those numbers.

User's recommendation: If you call and are provided with mandatory different products to purchase, hang up. It’s complete BS and will only make you angry!

Phishing text

I called Netflix to make sure my account was ok.: It said basically my payment didnt go they and my service was suspended even though my bank acct didnt show this. I had to call and make sure everything was ok and yes this was a scam message! video

Billing issues

I canceled my account and somehow it was re-opened. I dont know if I did it myself on accident checking to see if I did cancel it. So when I woke up this morning there was a charge on my bank account. I called to speak to a representative she was very nice and she credited my account and for that I am very grateful. I have no income coming in so every little bit of money thats spent in my account worries me. Thank you for your service!

Charge failure

Message that may account charge failed. Checked with Netflix account representative. There is no problem with the account. Message probably came from bogus source. I appreciate the help with this issue.
