I do not have a Netflix account.
Please cancel any subscription linked to my card and issue a refund.

Netflix is charging me a payment that I didn't even make. I'm the only one authorized to make this payment.
I'm the only one with the code. I'm the only one with the password. I'm the only one with the email, so I need a reimbursement of my payment. I never canceled Netflix like a year ago, and I got charged for it when I'm the only one authorized.
I don't have kids. I don't have a wife.
I don't have anybody to authorize this payment. So I need my money back.

I was getting charged for two accounts. I changed my email and phone numbers, and it was my fault I didn't cancel the old Gmail account, but I got it straightened out.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with product or service ordered. Needed to have an extra member added, but as the email was already being used, i couldn’t add it.
They were able to help me get that email deleted and then reinstated. Use chat service.
Nobody answered . Theres nothing more to say.
What kind of thing am I supposed to say. Nothing happened.

Code nw-4-7 I payed my Netflix and have built in Netflix on a Panasonic tv cannot connect cause its saying needs update and cannot contact any one from Netflix not happy as there is no contact number here in nz would rather talk to a person than a txt message gets frustrating can someone call me on 021049****

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with full refund. They refunded me for the extra payment that they took out. I had to call the company twice it was the second person that helped me because the first person was no help.
Netflix is taking money from two different accounts, but the person I spoke with is saying he can only see one account. I don't understand why he can't see the other account when obviously Netflix has taken money from it. My recommendation for people is please be careful and keep a close eye on Netflix because obviously they are trying to get over.
