False register continuing payment without notice which I only rented for one month and they continue to withdraw my account and insufficient funds for 40 years to my credit union I am very pissed
They auto draft MONEY off my Cc card. Was s new customer .
Saying that I was doing A monthly subscription. Not saying it would continue being changed, I had myfundsinto cover House/ utilities to the dime because I also have a paycard for such other things over the internet but they did not form me or did not give me the renewal purchase information it just took the money without me knowing it wasn't monthly I'm waiting on a notice and your bill will be deleted or canceled if not paid monthly so they let it go on for 3 months and I'm wondering where is the bill so I can unsubscribe cuz I describe for the live scream of the fight .
Which most people in Grand rapids did not receive the talk The live screen it was interrupted Frozen and problems so I said let it Go when they asked me to renew I will just unsubscribe but instead of that they were taking the money without letting people know I know a lot of people probably went in just two get the get the fight live stream so they were taking the money out without notifying that your month is up they said it was monthly and just charge my car without my permission I think that was very unprofessional scam in my opinion I'm wondering when they going to say pay your bill or you'll be canceled I never received the notice cancellation they just took the money and bounced all my house note insurance utility bills which I use another car for just ordering other stuff a pay card if I had a known or they had told me they will be taking it automatically I would not even signed up for that one month and this needs to be reported and dealt with the assistant said well I watched it good okay but a lot of Michigan president didn't and I'm sure you have a lot of complaints thank you but no thank you for your services fraud unauthorized payment. So I'm out of four overdraft which my credit union I've been with for 40 years paid my you know bills but they the Netflix overdressed all four of them so I'm out of like $120 and they can't take off the insufficient there insufficient fun of $32 they said it's up to my credit union credit union said long as I have possession of it they know me personally they said you as long as you have you can't just say they can't take it off because it wasn't like I bought a hamburger and didn't get it the Netflix was available but I did not it was not explain that they was going to continue taking withdrawal from my credit union and I'm very very very disappointed and I'm trying to call the corporation I will continue this guess how many other people has probably been through that I'm waiting on a warning like I email or text your Netflix will be discontinued you know pay your Netflix to continue I never received because they said they wouldn't just took the money out and I don't even do Netflix it was just for the purpose of that live screen fight and I'm very upset money I don't have over a Netflix not explaining that it was not a month they were going to continue taking it thanks for your time goodbye

I have created an account and submitted the payment. However, when I try to log into my account, it's impossible.
It always shows an error like: incorrect password or email address or incorrect phone number.
Also, when I try to find my account with the email address I used to create it, no account is found. It's impossible to change the email address and log into the account.

I paid for the Jake Paul and Mike Tyson fight. Netflix went down everywhere.
They are trash. Do not pay for this; it's terrible. They can't keep up with ESPN. The fight started late, not on time.
It makes it seem like something is wrong with your internet. They're cheap and can't compete with the big networks.

The statement, 'Activate your extra member a lot to watch,' needs clarification. I have five TVs on which I use my account.
Sometimes I travel and log into my Netflix. Why should I pay for an extra person when I already pay a lot for Netflix?

Fraud by email on to my card
Someone used my debit card to purchase Black Netflix I dont have a Netflix account Please dont allow my card to be used at all I dont watch Netflix at all But they tried to use my but was declined on Saturday my email is acqua2trenier@***.com please call me for more details 142****-**** I dont like being fraudulent charges on my phone

My last experience with customer service was disastrous. The representative actually hung up me.She kept repeating herself and saying I was not being cooperative. She's the one hanging up on people.She said her name was Ivy Green.She sounded fraudulent.sheWhen I would deviate from her conversation she would actually become angry with me.I'm afraid she may have been a fraud because I'm sure Netflix would not have someone like that working for them.

I have been charged by Netflix on my bank account even though I deleted my Netflix account last week. I don't understand why you are still taking my money since I no longer have an account with you.
Now when I try to access my Netflix account because you charged me, it says that no account or email was found. Can you please refund the money?

They read the review.
The moment I click on Netflix, some show they are trying to promote to me, almost always something I have no interest in, is blasting at me full volume, and there is no way to turn it off. Its obnoxious, annoying, and really is not a fun feature.
If you accidentally scroll over a show to see a description, it starts playing, again at full volume, and makes it difficult to read what the show is about. Bad design, go back to when you could actually read about the show and not get blasted with everything your mouse scrolls over.

I don't know what's going on with your bandwidth, but streaming Tyson & Paul's fight keeps freezing, often for minutes at a time. This is unacceptable.
You guys should have prepared better. It's not my router, as all other streaming services are fine.

You failed to read what you signed up for. You have to manually cancel your subscription or it auto renews.
To cancel, log into Netflix, click on Account page, select Account from drop down menu, click on cancel account, it will ask you again if you really want to cancel, click cancel account for the second time and viola! your membership will not auto renew again. You will get an email in your inbox verifying you have cancelled. Just so you are aware, all the streaming services work in this manner.
They auto renew, unless you manually cancel. It takes like 30 seconds to cancel, so easy even a 10 year old could do it.
You agreed to the autorenewal when you signed up. You have to cancel before your month is up.
It is clearly in the Terms of Service. You did not read them and that is 100% your fault.
