WHAT IS RIGHT

Dear Netflix I am writing to you today about Anne With An E. I was immensely disappointed to hear about the shows cancellation due to your differences in co-production with CBC. The show has had so much impact on me, and a worldwide audience of passionate fans in over 190 different countries. Since the cancellation in November, I am sure you have seen the enormous global outcry and demand for the shows return. Quite simply, there is no show like this oneand it is wanted, and needed, in the times we live in now. There is a long list of reasons this show is important, necessary and deserving of continuation, you can find some of those arguments here. New fans are finding the show everyday, expressing dissatisfaction at its unfinished conclusion. This is all without any marketing or promotion behind it. Imagine what future seasons or a planned conclusion could bring with proper support. I hope you noticed the high ratings for Season 3, if all of this is any indication of the shows growing popularity, they should be higher than prior seasons. Please reconsider renewing production on this special, in demand, program. It certainly deserves at LEAST one more planned finale season, although I would like to see all 5 seasons the showrunner had planned. Further facts for your consideration: Over 1 million tweets crying for renewal occurred within less than 24hrs of cancelation. Since then, the number on #renewannewithane and other relevant tags has continued to grow. AWAE is an award winning production. It leads the TV Drama category at the 2020 CSAs with 17 nominations, and took home 2 awards at the 2020 ACTRAs (see here for more acclaim) It has shown a large global presence resonating in 190 countries, with a clearly passionate and active fandom growing everyday. Moira Walley-Beckett, Emmy award winning Breaking Bad fame, is our fearless showrunner and a force to be reckoned with. The fan base is now united behind a website which provides further insights on the value of the show and its global reach. Multiple fan funded (even some sponsored) billboards launched in Toronto, NYC and Phoenix. The fan petition to renew the show has over 1,695,105 signatures and is gaining rapidly. Subscriber for over a decade, price kept going up while programming content got worse and worse. I left cable for that reason, when I started watching Netflix I paid less than $7.00 a month and it was all quality movies.Then they started having some of their own movies and series that were pretty good, but they cancelled them.Now Bollywood and Asian films that I do not care for, as well as cooking and reality shows, old school tv shows that I can watch for free on Pluto, that's why Netflix has just lost a customer...complained about content for over a year but it only got worse. Netflix is not worth it anymore. I can subscribe to AppleTV and a couple of PBS channels for the same price as monthly Netflix and have new and better viewing options. When this form asks how much if any money lost, I would have to say that the past 5 years at least was a waste of my money, that's goota be worth a couple of hundred dollars or more.

Dear Netflix, I´m your reliable member couple of years. My name is Petr Jenista. I´m from Czech republic. Two months ago I´ve got opportunity by my employer. Till end of this year I will work for my employer in France. At the same time I left my family in Czech republic. I had no any similar experience. I was not abroad for such long time ever. So I didn´t expect any troubles with Netflix account. Especialy when I use my own account. What an unpleasant surprise last Saturday evening during watching... I tried to call to your Help desk to check me personally, explain situation and ask for unblocking of my TV in France. What next unpleasant surprise. Nobody is able to help me. Supposedly new rules. Bad luck for me at this moment... But I can´t understand, I just want to use my own account in different country. Does it really means, that till end of this year I can´t watch Netflix on smart TV in France, even thoug I pay every month for it? It seems strange to me, I´m sorry. Quit making shows that youre going to just cancel after a single season. Do you realize that when you cancel a show like Resident Evil, youre basically destroying the entire resident evil legacy? Nobody is going to reboot your show or create a take of their own for years and years to come, if ever. You guys are getting greedier and greedier every single day. Its bad enough that we now have to pay like $22 and we cant even share our account with family. At this rate, you wont have any customers left by 2026. Sincerely, A pissed off customer

I recently reached out & was inquiring about .. WHY.. I could NOT watch my Netflix on my TV, she said.. That the bandwidth & plan would not allow this, that I had to upgrade. I was not even aware of this all. There was no understanding.. or to even say.. Why don't we just allow you a month in us.. For ..NOT being aware of this. So.. I'm not sure z if I will continue on with Netflix.
