There are two transaction of Rs.499 for one month subscription. At time of first transaction, money debited from my account which has happened on Saturday 7th of December, but subscription was not showing and now today the amount again has debited for same purpose from my account.

Could not update my payment thru the Netflix app on my TV so frustrating, it kept things me my cc was invalid

Issues not resolved

I have xfinity services I am on season. Disconnect. and i am still getting billed for Netflix service in the the amount of 15.49 per month . I am getting billed . Xfinity states that I must contact Netflix to stop service . I called you three times to resolve this matter . Netflix customer service states there not able to stop the Netflix

Still waiting for response Net flicks froze midst Movie. Awaiting response ..Cause to have Netflicks to Freeze mid movie?

Rogers being my provider for TV services has charged me 20.00 more for Netflix while Netflix is taking its monthly premium from my credit card. This was explained thoroughly to Netfix representative.
