Yes, I just looked up today and Netflix charged my one card twice. I only want one subscription.

I pay for my service and you dont provide it. When you interrupt the service there is NO WAY to contact you. I feel you do it in purpose.

Why is there an unnecessary screen asking me if I want to share my account with someone who doesn't live with me, which I cannot get rid of? If I can't watch Netflix when I want to, I'm going to cancel my account!

Recently, my Netflix account was hacked. The account was completely taken over by a scammer.

The Netflix agent did not assist in recovering my account and stated that he couldn't do anything further to help. As I was speaking to the agent, I requested to speak with a supervisor or someone from retention. At this point, I was considering closing my account. However, the agent said, 'No, I will not pass you to my supervisor or retention,' even though I had requested multiple times.

I was always very polite, but the agent was extremely disrespectful and made alarming comments. I was then advised by my credit card company to speak with Netflix's retention department. Despite providing all of my private details to Netflix, the agent refused to transfer me to a supervisor or someone from the retention department. This situation continued to go back and forth.

Eventually, he closed the chat to prevent me from making further requests, as he did not want to get in trouble. He also refused to provide me the chat ID or his personal ID for identification purposes.

Preferred solution: An apology from the agent, a refund for the month I had to miss due to lack of security, was easily accessed by a scammer. Was refused multiple times by this agent when I respectfully asked to speak to retention after he said he couldn't help me.

“At this point, I was considering closing my account.” Shouldn’t you do that anyway? If your account was hacked and taken over, Netflix is only viewable at one residence.

Yours or the hackers. If you still have Netflix at your residence, then the hacker stole your banking info.

Netflix customer service would not pass me to retention or a supervisor to help with even closing my account. I spoke both by chat and phone with zero results into passing me to one or the other as both mentioned they could not help me as they did not have enough access.

When asked to be passed in that case, they said they couldn't without giving them the full credit card number and email. When I gave the Netflix email they said it was chamged and couldn't help.

You can call Netflix and speak to a live agent. When using the chat function with companies, I always take screenshots.

You can see where someone is logged into your account by logging into netflix, selecting account, and manage access and devices.

Then log out from all devices, log back in and change your password. Change the password to the associated email address as well.

Not able to get in.. they changed the email once they hacked into the account.

Tried asking for retention or a supervisor and the agent refused to pass me because he wanted to get whatever credit for the help. But he mentioned numerous times he couldn't help me which Is why I asked to be passed. I asked for a chat i.d.

or employee i.d and he said no to those as well.. He closed our convo instead to refuse.

I'm experiencing an issue with my Netflix subscription. Although I've subscribed to the service, I'm only able to access it on one mobile device.

When I try to log in on another mobile device, I receive an error message stating "Sorry, your account can't be used on this device"

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. Call the bank about this matter it took two weeks to investigation depending talking to Netflix and peacock. Pain in my butt
