Email change
The customer service department couldn't resolve my issue due to the lack of control they have over any account. I use two different routers from Verizon which means I use 2 different IP addresses.

User's recommendation: Don't use more than one IP address for your home until Netflix can fix their problem of you having more than one. Or else you'll be stuck revalidating your account every time you log on from a different location in your own home.

Verified ReviewerMy credit card was compromised and I forgot to change it with Netflix. I was attempting to make that change.
I tried to change my payment method through the website. I was unable because my email and phone number were not recognized.
I called customer service to find how to change my payment method. The representative asked for my email and then told me that it was not connected to an account. Thats why I called. She tried some things?
But I didnt really understand. She kept trying my email. She asked if I was sure I knew how to spell my email. She found an email like mine except Ann was spelled Anne.
I told her that I did not misspell my name twice. She was trying to send me emails but they werent coming through. I asked to speak to her supervisor four times before she stopped talking over me. So, hello supervisor.
No sorry, youre having trouble, lets get this fixed. I explained what happened and that I was trying to change payment method to continue Netflix. Well- I dont have an account. I said, youve been billing me, I must have an account.
She asked me to turn my t.v. To Netflix and follow her directions to get a number she needed. My screen did not say want she said it should. We did exactly what she asked.
When she asked to click sign in it just kept asking us to join Netflix. In the past, I have had trouble with my screen not doing what a person helping me thought it might. They were super patient and tried another way. This person thought I wasnt following her directions.
Finally, I just said to cancel my account. Well, she cant do that because I dont have an account. Incredible!! Finally, she shared that the account would close 30 days after no payment.
Oh, and she has no supervisor!!! I guess shes the head of Netflix customer service or not.
Hope this matters. I dont understand when customer service stopped being polite and helpful.

You sound like you would have a nasty smart mouth on you so you got what you deserved. If you weren’t so stupid you would realize your credit card last used for payment would have info for you to gii in ve Netflix. Just call them.
