Beware of Netflix they double billed my bank for 25 months and only gave back 3 months credit crooks keep telling me to contact my bank netflix got the money and refuses to refund it. Charlie Netflix It looks like you had a duplicated account and this is why you were being double billed, but this other account has been canceled to avoid any future charges. You What about a refund for the balance of 2017 and all of 2016? Charlie Netflix Oh, as the account was used, the system only let us to process the refund for this lats 3 months.. But no worries, I can recommend you to contact your bank so you can dispute the charges trough them.
