When I used my streaming service for 1st time today I found that the device was limited to 4 hours. So I logged into my account and the billing details showed unlimited streaming.
Then I called Netflix customer service and was told that my streaming was limited to 4 hours and what my account details said were a website error and for $5.99/mth (I was an early adopter) I should not expect unlimited streaming and hung up.
How rude! My view is that if I signed up for a service which was unlimited, it should be unlimited regardless whether it is on an older plan.
